• Central shopping district.
• Everything else.

“This is a dump, old, tired and not very clean. Staff don't know how to please and seem incapable of organizing even the simple things like checking in. Stains on carpets, chips out of furniture and burn marks on upholstery. It should be regarded as a very low budget 3 star hotel, not a 4 star.”

• The way out.
• I booked a driver to meet us at the airport and he never turned up. We received no apology from the staff.

“Our stay in the Federal June 08 was very disappointing. The hotel is old and very tired looking. Our room, a deluxe upgrade looked out on the backyard of the hotel and was very dark and depressing due to the plastic frosting which had been placed there to disguise the fact that the view was so awful. The carpet had a stain on it which looked as if someone had been sick there and it hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast was equally dismal with very poor choice and extra charges for peppermint tea even though the meal was supposed to have been included in the price. I asked for 2 keys to the room so that my wife and I didn't have to be tied to a specific schedule but this proved impossible so after one day we quit and went to another hotel in the city. Overall I would rate this a budget 3 star hotel but by no means a 4 star.”

• Located near shopping malls.
• The hotel was absolutely filthy.

“The hotel was horrible. It was dirty with stains on the furniture, sheets, and carpet. There were cigarettes burns in the curtains The staff was not willing to help when asking for directions.”

“Location of hotel is good easy for shopping and looking for good food, hotel staff are friendly and easy to be approached. The room are very spacious and the chambermaid clean your room everyday except your last day, without you putting the "clean my room" tag outside your door knob. The bad thing is that check-in and check-out is a bit of problem because the lack of staff in the front counter to serve the guest. But overall about the hotel is satisfaction.”
