• easy to find, good location, ample parking
• automated check-in very confusing, shower not working, small room

“The check in process was dreadful as there were no staff only a note saying to get the key from a machine. This was very difficult to use and when we phoned for help they did not speak English. It took 40 mins after a long journey (with a baby) to get into the room. The room was clean but very small. Shower was leaking, but got repaired next day. Breakfast was very basic. There were good points; it was clean and tidy, easy to find and staff friendly (when we found some next day!). It was also a good price.”
