• It's in a very convenient location for overnight flight transfer.
• In te room I stayed, the bathroom floor & toilet were squeaky.

• Great location for outbound international flights, clean, helpful staff, all the amenities.
• Nothing negative at all.

• The room was nice.
• The staff seemed stupid.

“The room was nice but the staff was not very helpful or smart. No one came to take our bags upstairs, the internet didn't work, some of the staff seemed a bit condescending, others seemed clueless about when the next bus to the airport arrived. Overall, I'd say this was a pretty average hotel.”

“Discovered that they have a free shuttle to the Mini Stop Store that leaves the hotel @10 p.m. to pick up late dinner, snacks before going to Narita to catch their connecting flight.”

• The hotel staff uses radios, so your need is met quickly.
• I didn't realize that they had adult TV channels. That is not something I want my 2 year old to see.

“The hotel is located just across the street from the airport, so there is not much to do nearby. But if you are there only one night like us, it is perfect. We walked to a 7-11 for breakfast as the hotel buffet was 2000 yen. If we fly threw Marital airport again, we would stay at this hotel.”

“East to get to from narita. Free shuttle bus. No cost internet. Circle round bus service to the hotel makes it easy to visit various parts of narita village with ease. Very helpful staff and rooms are well set up. Toto wash let in the bathroom is a real plus.”

• It was close to the airport and offered pickup/drop-off service.
• Food/beverages very expensive.

“It was nothing like a stateside holiday inn. Food and drinks were expensive. Hotel needs maintenance in several areas. The bus service to and from the airport was great. This hotel is good for a traveler who wants a place to sleep with no frills.”

• We stored luggage here for over a week. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
• It is an hour train ride from Tokyo, however, excellent location to Narita Airport.

“Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They even allowed us to store excess luggage here for over a week while we traveled to other parts of Japan. This was a great help to us as we have been traveling for 5 months and have accumulated a lot of souvenirs that we did not want to have to haul around with us. Also have free Internet in the rooms for those with laptops. Great service.”

• Everything was efficient and done well. Far surpasses Hilton Narita.
• Could not get my favorite LaLa TV program on cable and did not know how to use Internet in the room.

“I travel all over the world all the time. This is such a well-run hotel I can highly recommend it to other business travelers Bus service is super, rooms are spacious, up-to-date, comfortable, rates are good. Other hotels at Narita cannot touch it. ”
