• The area.
• The beds and pillows.

“I was there this past week for a mission trip and we stayed for a week at the hotel. The hotel was very nice but the rooms and beds were pretty small. You can smell cigarette smoke if someone is smoking in a room near by. Our view was gorgeous but not everyone will get that same view. Housekeeping came by everyday and the staff was very courteous and helpful but not all speak English. The location for shopping was great and food is plentiful. I will say we had 89 people with us and some swear they had bedbug bites. I myself did not receive any so I don't know for sure. The beds were either too hard or too soft and same for the pillows I brought my own pillow. The breakfast is a little different than what we're used to here in the states but it was free and we ate it. The pool was very small and the work out room was little but usable. We also didn't have any trouble using the net in our room but some could not connect in the main areas. I would stay here again.”

• The architecture. I'm an architect and I think it was gorgeous.
• It is an old building and can get a little drafty and musty feeling.

“This is a beautiful hotel. When I stayed the first time I had horrible neighbors, though. However, when I requested, I was moved-even upgraded.”

• Super clean, elegant, friendly.
• I did have time to stay longer.

“This Hotel is well worth the money. Heart of Monterrey, close to Metro, Shopping, and Museums ETC.”

• Hotel staff was outstanding. Will stay again if going to that city.
• The room originally assigned had strong carpet odor, but staff moved us another room when requested.

“Really nice hotel. Excellent location downtown Monterrey. Staff extremely helpful with directions.”

• Location to the grand plaza.

“Nice and convenient hotel with good location to the pedestrian shopping area. My room faced the major avenue (constitution) but the room itself was very quiet.”

• The location was convenient for walking everywhere.
• There were a few paint stains on the carpet and on the back of the door in the bathroom, tape was left where they painted.

“It is a beautiful, French style hotel, with all the amenities you would want. It was in a very central location for going out and for touring.”

“We went to Monterrey to check on a restaurant that is in our franchise group. The Radisson was very nice- very clean, and everyone was very friendly. The Sunday brunch was around 10.00 (us) and very good. We really enjoyed our visit.”
