• They were telling customers that they have wheel chair accessible rooms when the don't.

“Extremely disappointed with our stay there. The staff at the hotel did their best but overall the stay was brutal and a disgrace.”

• Pool had no extra towels.

“This is not even a 1 star hotel, I went shopping and bought a pair of nice expensive shoes that went missing the very next time I left my room, and when I went to complain at the front desk they told me to leave, I will never stay at another Radisson again because of this experience, not only is everyone very rude the place is disgusting, what they call terrace is just a place for dead birds, I found the room old, smelly, and ugly and why do they post a picture of the mats center, portraying it is a picture of the hotel, if you look to very left in the picture and see the tall old building you will have a very small lisp of the Radisson.”

• Room 2016 was very small, no table, felt confining.

• It was in a rundown area. Lots of littering. Would not go back there.

• There were no problems at all at checking in ... everything was already taken care of.
• My daughter used the stairs going to the pool and cut a slash in her foot as she wasn't wearing shoes.

“It was a beautiful hotel in a good location. There was a parking charge of $10.50 per night that we were unaware of. Everyone was very helpful in all our questions. Pool cleaning was done on Monday morning so we couldn't use the pool at all that day. The hallways could of been cleaner as my daughter cut her foot on something on the way to the pool area by using the stairs. We had a great time there and would go back again.”

• very tight/narrow ramp/carpark. Bad pillows, dirty cups

“needs improvement in checking in, cleanliness and having better support pillows. Pillows were so flat that it feels like u are not using them.”
