• Very friendly staff.
• There was a used bath towel in the bathroom when I got there.

“Very modern amenities and very friendly staff. When I was sitting in the lobby the General Manager came over and introduced herself and asked me to let her know if I needed anything.”

• Very attentive staff; large room and bathroom.
• Expensive parking.

“This was one of the cleanest and nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Very large room, and I liked that the maids went over the room a second time each day taking used towels, etc. when they came in to turn down the bed.”

• Great location, beautiful hotel.
• Nothing bad to say.

“Location was in the center of lively St Catherine's St. and Crescent St. Staff was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were 5 star comfortable! We were fortunate to have a room in the back of the hotel which was quiet.”

“From arrival to departure, the hotel staff treated us with utmost professionalism. Impressed by the staff's ability to anticipate and accommodate our every wishes. I will return to this hotel again.”

• Excellent location to the shops. Attractive rooms.
• Views could have been better.

“Everyone was very nice - from the valets, to doormen, to the receptionist. Attractive interior with nice furniture and amenities. Our only problem was they misplaced our shoes during the shoe shine. Thankfully they found them after we departed and shipped them back to us.”

• An older hotel impeccably maintained, more class than newer hotels
• Only problem is that it was farther (two metro stops) from our meeting location than other hotel we have stayed at

“The Loews Hotel was wonderful. I love the spacious bathroom and the nightly turndown service! The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The location is wonderful as we love to walk the city when we visit.”

“Very attractive, even a bit glitzy. Entire staff was incredibly gracious and eager to please, from front desk, concierge, waiters, bellmen to chambermaids. Our kids felt like Eloise at the Plaza- everyone tried to entertain them. Enormous bathrooms, though disproportionately small showers. Great location for shopping & restaurants.”
