- Location, nice exterior.
- Parking inadequate; surly staff.
“Nice location on Black heath, convenient for Greenwich, not too far from central London. Nice building but needing refurbishment: feels tired and needing a face lift. Parking limited though free, not suitable if attending meetings outside by car. Staff unhelpful when I stayed. Expensive for class of hotel and poor features for the price.”
