• Location in main shopping area, hotel built over bullet train station.
• Nothing.

• Friendly and helpful staff great views from upper floors.
• Had some very expensive drinks on the top floor which they got our order wrong.

“Great hotel. As it is above the train station it is easy to get around Osaka from the hotel. A strait shot to the Shinkansen on the subway. It is also in the middle of a great area for restaurants, bars etc. The rooms are small but above normal compared to other Japanese hotels. Very helpful staff with a sense of humor that I found refreshing.”

• Superb location and access to Osaka sights.
• The area is not particularly wheelchair-friendly.

“Superb central Osaka location with loads of pedestrian-friendly shopping at your doorstep and the airport trains to Kansai attached to the property. Up-to-date, great views, and a friendly staff and no-tipping policy.”

• Professional, friendly, well equipped, good attitude and thoughtful.
• Too much outsider, and outside wedding and the security in the hotel not as tightly guarded.

“Overall, a very good hotel. One of the best hotels that I've stayed. I have been to a lot of hotels and am a hard to please hotel gore plus, I know too well about house keeping and detail of making a warm, welcoming and nice home. This hotel meets all my expectations.”

• Perfect location in Osaka being above the Namba station and close to all shopping and entertainment + the views are unmatched.
• Do know that you will pay 1200-1600 Yen per day in service fees.

“Overall the Swiss is a great value for your money. Great location, attentive English speaking staff, connected directly to the airport. The standard rooms are small but extremely efficient in their design and quite modern. The concierge has all the information you need to get around the city or beyond to Kyoto, Tokyo and Nara. Be sure to use their pocket travel guide they have created with round trip step by step directions to/from the hotel from various attractions and cities and you'll never get lost. The location above the Namba station is fantastic as you are connected directly to the Kansai airport and all the shopping, food and entertainment you'll need is withing walking distance from the hotel. As the hotel is 30+ floors you can easily see it on your walk around the area giving you extra confidence that you'll find your way back to this great hotel. When in Osaka the Swiss is the way to go.”
