The hotel complex is very nice, beautifully done.
Rude staff.

“My experience at the hotel has been a nightmare. I am in the construction business and recently participated in an event for this type of industry in your hotel (08/28/06-09/01/06). I was mistreated by your staff, including the maintenance crew and the waiters. They were very rude, it seemed like they did not want to work. This was my first experience with you, and I think is going to be the last one. I travel a lot to the US, Europe, Asia and I was never treated this way. I hope you can do something in order to correct this problem.”
