- Everyone was helpful even with the language difference (English/Japanese)
- the overall odor on the west wing corridor's and rooms
“The hotel's location was fine especially when dinning in the main hotel on the 30 or 31st floor it was a wonderful view. Breakfast at the sky lounge was good. Dinner at st. Malo on the 2nd floor was not so appetizing. The gift shop was most convenient.”
