• Location, friendly hotel staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
• Parking was not included.

“The room was comfortable and clean. The TV remote was not working but we were here to take in Montreal not to watch TV. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful even though we did not speak French. This was a big change since we last visited Montreal and vowed never to return.”

• It's near to some shaddy area, & overlooking a park with homless gathering.

• Nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms.
• Parking.

“Nice hotel in a nice location. Parking is very congested and can make you feel claustrophobic. Overall good experience. Concierge was very helpful.”

• It was close to many restaurants and places of interest, such as cultural attractions.
• I was generally satisfied - it took a relatively long time to get to the parking lot from the room (3 elevators).

“Generally speaking I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. The food in the restaurant was more than satisfactory and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and attractive. There was free wireless Internet, which was definitely appreciated.”

• Convenience to village.
• Homeless people hanging around the park and subway stop.

“Close to the village some 'characters' sleeping in the park across the street but harmless by? New York standards. Concierge staff was very helpful with reservations, etc. Buffet breakfast could use fresher items (eggs and pancakes sitting a while) would have been disappointed if it was not free with our room stayed business class. House keeping a bit slow for requests extra towels, coffee, etc. Overall was a good value for the convenience and price.”

• The lobby & restaurant were elegant & great.
• A couple of the staff people weren't that friendly.

“A wonderful oasis convenient to everything-the metro, the bus station, old Montréal, and the Latin district. The room was clean & comfortable, the dining room food was great & the concierge was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay their again.”

• Restaurant and leisure facilities great, above a metro so convenient.
• Located near an area frequented by beggars, soup kitchen in square outside.

“Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay, the concierge staff could have been better informed and helpful, but the rest of the staff was great, especially in the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable, if a little 'tired'. Being above a car park, small mall and metro meant great convenience, but the square outside was a hang out for beggars.”

“I was looking for a comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of the village. My room gave me a spectacular view from the river to Mount Royal. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I am already planning my next visit.”

• Very close to old town Montreal. Great location.
• Parking lot was underground. Hard to access it.

“Very nice hotel for my first experience in Montreal. Within walking distance of old town and riverfront. If you are going for pleasure, skip the rental car and taxi in from airport. Once there, and just like other large cities, you are better off on foot.”

“I had a good stay. My sister stayed at the same hotel but got it through Expedia. She got a continental breakfast and I didn't. No other complaints.”

• Location!
• Parking garage is kind of iffy.

“Great location for downtown Montreal. Rooms were decent, careful of the parking garage though, it's very low! I'm tall and have hit my head on the ceiling down there getting from my car to the elevators. Decent breakfast in their restaurant too.”
