• they stored our luggage for the week for free
• nothing

“Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The desk people went out of their way to accommodate us - offering to store our luggage for the week, giving us a breakfast to go on the morning we had to leave before breakfast was being served and picking us up and delivering us to the airport.”

• Easy to airport for departure.
• Noisy due to trains, thin walls, and bad doors.

“The hotel is not a bad place to stay for touring Geneva because it is quite easy to get to and from the city using public transportation. The hotel even will give you a pass to cover public transport for the duration of your stay. The cons for the hotel include: I repeatedly had to wait at the airport for a shuttle for over a half an hour (they are supposed to go every 20 minutes sharp), there is a lot of noise from the train that goes just behind the hotel, there are always people waking up early for flights and the walls and doors do not provide good noise insulation, the internet in the lobby was not functioning while I was there, there are no easy to get to and moderately priced restaurants nearby, and my room was not cleaned until after 3pm.”

• Close to public transportation.
• The staff was rude and unhelpful.

“The hotel is comfortable, clean, and includes a complimentary continental breakfast. Internet access is available for a fee which is nice for those not traveling with computers. The location was convenient to public transportation. A bonus for us was also its proximity to a grocery store. An airport shuttle was provided, making traveling to and from the airport convenient. The downside was our interactions with staff. Each staff member we encountered was rude, patronizing, and unhelpful. For example (there are many), when asking for directions to the bus stop, the hotel clerk was extremely rude and sneering when asked directions. For the staff alone, I would not stay here again despite all the other assets of the hotel.”

• Great staff, excellent location, easy to get to and from the airport, as well as the downtown area.
• Cleaning staff are loud and early.

“Excellent friendly staff, great food available to be delivered. The free public transportation pass was great. Rooms are nice and clean and spacious. Great experience.”
