• The staff was helpful & friendly. The location was convenient. The hotel was attractive.
• Some staff was not fully knowledgeable of tourist sights suggested in the hotel lobby.

“Though the Falcolner SAS was not located directly in the heart of Copenhagen, it was only a mere 3 quick city train stops away. The staff was friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable (though this is an area in need of improvement) of the tourist sites advertised in the hotel lobby. The weekend special was a decent value, but the weekly pricing was in excess of the hotels value. In general I give the hotel an 8 out of 10.”

• Room is larger than you would find in the U.K. for instance
• Room has no dresser. Rather old and worn around the edges.

“This is not a 4 Star hotel; I would rate it as a 2.5. It is also falsely advertised as being a 2-minute walk from Central Station. In reality, it is a 30 to 40 minute walk to Central Station and a bit further to City Hall and town center. Not convenient to things a tourist comes to see.”
