- Nice room, good service.
- Location - highway noise.
“Nicely updated accommodation, good service but very noisy on the highway side of the hotel. Renovations in progress make relaxation unlikely. Pool area is dismal. Rooms face onto the Trans-Canada highway, a major truck route so don't expect much sleep even though the beds are great.”

- Good rate, clean, spacious, friendly and extra values.
- A
bit noise if you stay at the room face the main street.
“We read a lot bad reviews about this hotel. We stayed here two separate days and were very pleased with everything. The hotel is in renovation and did not bother us since we were out during the day. We used the shutter service to and from the airport. We were picked up within 20 minutes after we made the call. We requested to take us to the airport, the bus driver came on time the next morning at 6:00 am. The room and bath room are spacious and very clean, the bed even has adjustable control for firmness. On top they provided refrigerator and the microwave oven, one free water bottle I stayed at downtown Hyatt Regency, it did not provide any of those amenities and I paid $25 parking. The parking is free too. The hotel is being remodeled and looked really good. The front desk people are very courteous and helpful.”

- Lobby gave a good impression.
- Noise, construction on hotel, carpets needed replacing.
“Nice hotel but not really 3-star upscale. The lobby gave a good first impression. The room was very clean and in good condition though the carpet needed replacing. The room was noisy from street noises and hall noises. And area the hotel was located in felt somewhat commercial/industrial and wasn't near any city or visitor attractions.”

- They changed my room at 1st request.
- Under construction and dark.
“Hotel was under renovation so no door or window could be opened. 1st floor rooms were icky and felt old but hotel moved willingly to 6th floor. It was newer and okay. Hotel was quiet and people were nice. Bar and bartender were good.”

“I found a piece of a cracker in my bed, the floor was dirty, the ice bucket and glasses in the room were not refreshed daily and there was a finger nail clipping in the drawer beside the bed. I complained to the front desk, twice, but it did not improve things very much.”

- It was fairly convenient and most of the staff was helpful.
- We were out sightseeing and when we returned to the hotel, our room door was open. The pool & hot tub were not clean.
“Our room was adequate and clean. However, I have never seen such an unclean pool area. The tiles at the bottom of the pool were filthy with what looked like mold or mildew. I was afraid to use the pool or hot tub.”

- The rooms are quite small, food prices very high.
“This hotel is easy to get to from the main highway and airport. The staff is friendly and the main lobby is very classy. There is a nice lounge as well as a restaurant but their prices are very high. We liked the fact that the pool and Jacuzzi were not busy and we basically had them all to ourselves. I would stay there again.”

“This hotel is a two star hotel. They also do not wash their water glasses and coffer mugs that are provided in the room. A quick rinse by the housekeeper and back on the vanity. Disgusting. Complaints to both the housekeeping manager and the General Manager failed to resolve the issue. The problem remained throughout the four night stay.”

- When we complained about the standard of the room the reception sent a cleaner.
“Not happy. We expected a pleasant stay. Having had to sleep in a dirty unclean room all the hotel offered us was a free breakfast. We will never stay here again and do not recommend it.”

- Staff, close to airport.
- Room was in disrepair, nothing was done to correct this problem. I was assaulted twice my partner 3 time. by other hotel persons.
“Our room was in disrepair, there was no available rooms in the hotel. Had to spend 3 sleepless nights, till a room became available as the bed in the room was broken. In addition, my partner and I were assaulted by unsupervised children in the pool (20 - 30) whipping toys across the pool at one another. My partner was also assaulted another time by another patron. Nothing was done by the hotel. We were given inferior product and service. I did not get my money worth.”

- The entrance atrium was nice.
- The room and furnishings seemed very "budget".
“My room seemed to be a more "budget" oriented room but it was clean and functional. The hotel is actually no where near the airport even though it is has "airport" in its name. On the taxi ride to the hotel from the airport, the taxi passed about 20 other hotels that were closer to the airport. The Delta Airport hotel is the only hotel that is actually at the airport.”

“This seems to be an older hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sleep number beds were new experience for me, but did not particularly add to the experience. There is convenient access to Deerfield Trail and the airport. The hotel for us was functional, but overpriced for the level of quality.”

“I have never stopped in a hotel so dirty. The bathroom was full of other people¿s hair. I don't think the sheets had been changed as there was hair in them as well. The carpet was grubby. I found someone else food behind the chair. Very unpleasant and will never stay here again.”

- Pillows were like two silver dollar pancakes, rugs were not clean and other peoples hair was in bathroom.
“Very nice lobby, had stayed previously and had a nicer room, hotel definitely needs to upgrade beds and linens, and have cleaning staff do a more through job cleaning, room repairs also need to be done, I had no stopper to have a bath and the trap above the tub the drywall was peeling off and hanging”

“We were treated very well at check-in and upgraded to a King room with the Sleep Number bed and great duvet and lots of pillows. They did say though that we would have robes also, which were not in the room, but that was not a problem. It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. We also liked the fact that the whole hotel was non-smoking.”

- Location was convenient to the airport. Shuttle bus driver was great!
- Room was shabby. Food service in the restaurant was poor. My meal (fish) was not fully cooked and there was no offer to compensate.
“I was not very pleased with the whole experience with the exception of the location and shuttle service from airport. Hotel personnel were not very helpful and I was disappointed in the condition of the room. The restaurant food was undercooked and there was not an effort to fix this problem when I reported it.”

- Staff was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help me
- The exterior looked like a dump, and there was no parking
“Great hotel for the money, but I wouldn't stay there except as a short stop before going to the airport (which is what I did). People were insanely helpful, but the hotel was also extremely busy and there was literally no space to park except far away. Due to a foot injury, it was extremely difficult for me to walk back and forth all the time, which made my stay a bit difficult.”
