• I liked the restaurants and the staff did not pressure us too much to participate if we didn't want to.
• The shower broke immediately. The view was the worst in the hotel.

“After the broken shower, the broken window, and the view of two trees in front of the window, we had to beg for another room. They gave us another room but they were clearly annoyed that we complained. We missed a day because US AIR bumped us off our flight. We had to fly to New York and pay for a hotel room for the night! We then had to re-purchase tickets on Delta so that we would not loose another day. We called the hotel so that our room would be ready when we did get there the next day. It was not ready and we had to wait an hour and a half.”
