• Friendly staff.
• Construction outside. Not their fault.

“This was a clean orderly hotel and I would consider staying there again. A friendly staff helped us find our way into town. If it hadn't been for the construction in the streets everywhere, the walk would have been pleasant. We took several taxi rides because they were inexpensive and we didn't feel as if anyone was trying to take advantage. Our trip was short and a concierge at night would have been great. We missed a bit because we didn't know what time the sites were open on Sunday and we learned that a few minutes made all the difference. We didn't expect so many tourists off-season. Buy train tickets ahead of time if possible. I tried online and couldn't. The ticket office was closed when we got in at night. They were sold out when we finally figured out how to buy them the next day. Also, different bus stations go to specific cities and not everyone knows to which cities each goes. Some of the buses were sold out too.”

• Clean.
• Double bed was really two twin beds put together. Very hard and uncomfortable bed.

“It was the worst hotel we stayed at including a hotel room in Tarifa. The front staff was very unresponsive and unfriendly. I requested an iron and the next day after asking for the 3rd time, we found they didn't supply them. (Couldn't that information be given the first time?) You have to send your clothing down to the laundry if you'd like them pressed. The worst part of the hotel, though, is the beds! We thought we were getting a double bed but it was really just two twin beds pushed together. In addition the beds were hard and the sheets scratchy. The maids were amazingly loud in the morning so forget sleeping past 8:30AM. The "blow-dryer" became impossibly hot to use without burning your hands (very strange). The breakfast layout was great but very expensive. The cost of parking was shocking, should have been posted, I thought.”

• Good food at cafeteria.
• Bed was bad. No concierge & reception staff unaware of hours of major attractions. No food after 11 pm.

• Quality at a good price.
• About 1 mile from city center.

“High quality chain type hotel. The hotel staff, while generally helpful did have one or two surely types. Only downside is that it is about 1 mile to Seville city center.”
