• Staff was very helpful and all spoke English well.
• Neighborhood was quiet but a bit out of the way.

“A fantastic hotel. Staff is super friendly and eager to help. English was proficient. Located across the street from The Tokyo City Air terminal and connects to the Suitengumae Subway Station and a few short blocks from another Station on the Hibiya line - good for getting to and from airport and wherever you want, but otherwise the area is a little quiet.”

• High quality overall and convenient location.
• No free high speed internet access.

“I had stayed at the royal park several times on business in the late 1990's. The overall quality and service continues to be high and the breakfast buffet is a favorite. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. It was a pleasure to return to the familiar surroundings. I like the location a walkway next door to tact (Tokyo city air terminal, though I miss being able to check luggage there), a subway station downstairs (suiting mea on the hansom line, one/two stop transfers to other lines) and a selection of small shops/convenience stores right nearby.”
