• Friendly staff frees WiFi, clean, comfortable beds, close to attractions.
• The restaurant food was extremely poor, no hot tub. Shuttle service was limited.

“Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again. The price was great compared to hotels right near Niagara Falls. The location was only minutes away from attractions. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly. There was free hi speed internet included. Please don't eat at the restaurant. The staff was friendly but the food was way overpriced for the quality of the meal. Go elsewhere and get a better meal for half the price. The shuttle only ran from 7pm-11pm period. It dropped you off and you were stuck Downtown until 11pm great for single adults, bad for parents with small kids. Still overall it was a great hotel and I'd stay there again. The place looked brand new. Very well kept.”

• The skylight in the rooms on the 4th floor, courteous staff, large suite with fridge and microwave, living room separate.
• Needs a coffee shop for espresso.

• Having stayed in many hotels in Canada, the USA and Caribbean, I think your hotel is great value for the price, great for leisure and corporate.

“The location is great for leisure travelers i.e. Close too many points of interest and also a great location for corporate. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Hotel guest services were awesome. Hotel was very nice and clean. Would stay again.
• Restaurant was not good. Took over an hour to get our food and it was cold. Service was poor.

“With the exception of the restaurant, which in general is nice to have on site but the service was terrible, this hotel was excellent! The receptionists at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The pool was not very clean (looked like it had stuff floating in it). It was relatively close to the Niagara falls attractions with out the price gouging you see at the falls. It was an awesome trip and the hotel stay was perfect.”

• It was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved it. It should be a 5 star hotel.

• The rooms were spacious and the beds were great.
• The location was a bit remote. But not excessively.

• It's very quiet.
• Two bulbs burned out in lamps & most of the lamps + radio etc in the room were unplugged?

“Very nice suite hotel but finding it can be a slight pain - after having driven into the Brock university campus and out again and finding the correct street, I drove right past the hotel due to poor sign age - their sign is located parallel to the road + set back in the middle of double in-out driveways and is easily missed.”

• Hotel is definitely above 2 and one half star level. The beds are the softest I have ever slept in. Staff were remarkable!
• Not in center of Niagara Falls but not far and very quiet because it is away from the main tourist area.

“I really feel it is a 3 star hotel. It wasn't far from the Niagara Falls area. Beds were driven, so soft. Staffs were very helpful.”

• The towels were stained and not of good quality.

“This hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The bedding was terrific. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful with directions, suggesting places to eat, etc. I will definitely stay there again.”

• The two room suite was very nice and well appointed.
• Road signs in Canada to this hotel were terrible.

“Seem to be a newer property. Excellent breakfast buffet for 8.50 Canadian adults, 1/2 for children under 12......nice pool with a semi-secluded hot tub. Nice size locker room.”

• Excellent amenities for the price!
• Problems with lock and took two days to correct.

“This hotel is located centrally to Niagara Falls and Wetland Canal tourist area. Lots to see and do and easily accessed via multiple freeways. Excellent amenities and restaurant even had good food. Staff were helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.”

• The restaurant's buffet, no juice, no yogurt.

“Good, very friendly, clean. One thing I need to point out is there was only one trash box in the room. I like the restaurant. To have a nice restaurant is important factor. I want them to improve the buffet. In general, the hotel is doing a good job.”

• This hotel had two rooms. The living space had a fireplace. It included a fridge, microwave, coffee pot.
• The pool area was being repaired and not available for use.

• Suite for the price of a single room. Lobby was nice and staff very attentive.
• Pool was a little small. Not very close to the falls.

“Our 2nd time at this hotel. The staff is friendly an efficient. The beds were even better than last time. The suites were comfortable and well laid out and the lobby very welcoming. The restaurant was very well priced and the staff very attentive with out being smothering. A very nice visit.”

“This was a wonderful hotel and I was surprised by the quality, especially for the rate. The hotel was a bit off the main (QEW) path, but did not take me too far out of my way. I was disappointed with the bartender - she was the worst I've had in years.”

• Very classy hotel, suite exceeded our expectations.
• A little far from the Falls, but would definitely love to stay there again.

“I was pleased that the front desk did not treat us any differently. They were very helpful giving directions to the places we wanted to visit. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the Falls, but it was an easy drive. I guess the name of the hotel indicates that the rooms are suites, but it was a nice surprise to get such a lovely, large suite. The bed was so comfortable, I did not want to get up and leave the next morning. They had high speed internet access in our room, which we gratefully used. The parts of the hotel that I saw were very classy, and the aromas coming from the restaurant were very inviting. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in that area.”

• Very clean and the staff and food was awesome.
• The tv remote did not work no free breakfast with the room.

“The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful. Every thing was great from parking to the room. The pool could be a little larger for the amount of people staying at the place it was crowded the nights I went down to swim.”

• I would have liked to have had the sink outside the shower/toilet area.

“It is a very nice and clean hotel with a lot of free parking space. They have a microwave and a small TV (in addition to the TV in the bedroom) installed in the sitting room so that one person can sit there watch TV without interrupting another one's sleep in the bed room - which is very nice. Overall it is a very good hotel. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone who is going to the Niagara Falls area.”

• Amazing room, very comfortable bed, very clean as well, good quality bathroom and tv
• hotel staff not as friendly as they should be, no late check out available

“Parking was ample however apparently they were doing construction and failed to notify guests where not to park which meant at 7am I was told to move my vehicle by a rather rude parking lot attendent from the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, great rooms and new beds that are extremely comfortablevery close to Brock University and the highways”
