• Excellent staff at front desk - very practical and helpful.
• Internet service!

“Wireless is only available in the lobby. And my company's VPN did not connect over both wired and wireless. I checked and made sure that our VPN servers were up and running but it seemed like the hotel's firewall or some other router setting blocked it.'This is the main reason why I dinged them on the overall rating even though it is a clean, well-located hotel with very good staff.”

• Hotel resources are very supportive to accommodate all our needs.
• Public transportation except taxi is not very convenient. Do not have longer term stay program.

“The hotel is very good value for money for traveler staying for business purposes 1-3 days stay. Not very suitable for family with children. Also, did not provide any discount for staying more than 7 days.”

• The bed and bedding was luxurious and very comfortable.
• Restaurant prices were steep.

“Got a great deal (fourth night free) on a harbor view room on the 11th floor thanks to my star wood membership; even though I have no real status we were on the preferred member level. Excellent accommodations, very comfortable bed, lovely view of Darling Harbor. Quiet, clean and very plush. Concierge services very helpful, able to change money at the front desk at a better rate than at the airport. Food in the restaurant rather pricey, but concierge directed us to more affordable, good food nearby. Would happily stay there again.”

“This hotel is located in a great area, just steps away from Darling Harbour and it's shops, restaurants and Imax theater. The monorail is also nearby. The hotel and the rooms are very nice and the view from the harbourside rooms is wonderful.”
