• The location was excellent and the rooms were a decent size.
• Rude staff, dirty room...our bedsheet had a blood stain on it. The food wasn't that great either.

“The location of this hotel was great. It was very convenient to Sea World and the Disney Theme Parks. However, the staff was not helpful and was actually quite rude at times. The rooms were dirty and we had blood stains on our bedsheet. The staff could care less and was barely apologetic about it. The free breakfast wasn't very good at all either. The rooms were a good size and the fact that it was a suite worked out really well for us. But, based on other factors, I would not stay here again.”

• Clean, friendly staff, huge room w/ living area - approx 5 min to disney
• we had a little trouble w/ the key cards not working

“The Buena Vista has a complimentary breakfast buffet, rooms are clean and ac is cool. Staff is friendly and they are approx. 5 min from disney. We were throughly impressed with the hotel for the great price we got.”

• It was close to Disney
• Rooms were dark and bathrooms not very clean, Breakfast was awful and the Iron in room so rusted it stained my pants.

“We came to the hotel with expectations of a clean friendly place that was at least conveneient to Disney. Close to the park was all we got. The room was dingy the lighting in the room was poor the tv in the living area was shaky and when we asked at breakfast if we could have an eggwhite omlette we were basically laughed at. We went to complain to the front desk and when we realized they were not going to help we walked away. As we were walking away the desk clerk shouts across the lobby "WHAT ARE YOU WALKING AWAY FOR?" The last straw was when I used the iron in the room to press my pants and discovered that it left a big rust stain on them. We complained to the manager who was vaguley apologetic promised to resolve things and told me he would reimburse me for the pants. Other than reimbursing me for the ruined pants nothing else was resolved or fixed.”

• Very conveniently located to Disney World

“Alot of room and very clean. It did not matter to me that it was not on Disney property because of its convenient location.”
