  • Nice amenities, staff, room, and overall hotel.
  • Confusion over perks, such as free breakfast, but it wasn't well explained. Went to wrong restaurant.

“The ANA was a very high quality hotel. Its rooms were luxurious, clean and well furnished. the service staff was helpful and sincere. The price was appropriate to slightly on the cheap side for the level of quality and location.”
