• Great location. Helpful staff.
• Small room. Fees for internet service.

“Location. If you would like to stay in the heart of Vienna, this is great. It is a little noisy, due to the nearness of the Bermuda Triangle of bars. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful.”

• Very clean and comfortable.
• Room was a little warm and stuffy.

• The location is second-to-none for 3 star hotels in Vienna.
• Parking is outragous. Almost as much as the room. No breakfast.

“Rooms are small but fine for a three star. Breakfast and parking are not included in the deal, which is understandable from one perspective, but from another perspective it makes the entire experience less affordable and therefore not as attractive for the future.”

“The Mecure Wien Zentrum's location is amazing. It was within a easy walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions in Vienna. The subway entrance is around the corner. The room was clean and the staff was very courteous. The room was a good size, for Europe.”

“We had a couple of happy circumstances with our recent stay in Vienna at the Mercure Zentrum. We'd been at a wedding in Budapest and travelled to Vienna with another couple.”
