• The room was very worn.

• Beautiful lobby, helpful staff.
• Tiny room, expansive Internet and calls.

“This is a three star at best. The room is much smaller than any hotel I'd stayed before, with two double rooms at two walls and the fridge at the corner, there was not much room left for luggage and other things. The air conditioner was COLD enough to wake me up two or three times at two or three AM, despite that I set the temperature 25 C.”

• The lobby and interior decor are very nice. Good service from staff.
• Rooms were a little small. Beds were too soft.

• There is a really nice cafe with nice seating and internet in the lower level.
• The rooms are not that clean. Check bill upon checkout there could be extra charges you didn't incur. It happened to me and another lady.

“This is my second time staying at this hotel, the beds are comfy, the carpet dirty, the best showers I've come across. The location is pretty good, 5 minute walk from subway station which is one stop away from tsimshatsui. The lobby is nice and the breakfast buffet is good.”

• There is anything I like.
• Room smaller than a closet, wall paper dirty. Beds simple.

“The room I initially received is either 1 star or no star. Room is small with 2 single beds with a walkway between the beds plus a space can even fit a large suitcase at the end of the beds. The wall paper was torn and dirty. TV is a 14 " located at the corner of the room since there is no space else where to put it.”

• Upgraded to deluxe room was very nice, proximity to Temple St. Night Market was great.
• Standard room was way below my expectations, felt like a bati-n-switch.

“The standard room offered to me was pathetic, small, out of date, no view, dreary. It definitely felt like a bait-n-switch experience which I did not appreciate. Continental breakfast was barely adequate.”

• Small rooms, no breakfast.

“Liked the hotel overall. Small but nice rooms, well done up. Prompt service. English was a little problem with the housekeeping. Did not include breakfast which was weird.”

• Not too far from MTR station, not far from Temple market.
• Surrounding isn't nice, hotel room is very small.

“Eaton hotel isn't bad for the price I got. Unfortunately, it was during renovation, so my last night wasn't comfortable at all. Room is very small, and if you request 2 beds it is literally 2 small beds. Don't even think of asking extra bed, no more space.”

• The beds were a joke, the carpet needed cleaning, the view was awful.

“Okay hotel, but I wouldn't ever call it "4-star"--at least not by American standards. At best it would rate 3 stars and more likely 2 1/2.”

• Great location. Easy to get around the city from the hotel.
• Very, very, very small rooms.

“Overall, not bad. The staff was great, but the facility left a lot to be desired. Our 4 star room was cramped and confined. The queen bed was actually a double. The bed took up the majority of the floor space, leaving only two small aisles to move. The breakfast buffet was good, but expensive. I would stay there again only if the price was better.”

• the rooms........oh..my.god, totally a disaster....

“the room is so totally disgusting, carpet torn, unknow stains all over carpets, wall paper are falling apart, tiles in bathroom are broken, TV is like kid's toy size. i would never stay in this hotel regardless of how nice and friendly the staffs are to me. i would give this hotel only 1 1/2 star.......ok, 2 stars because of the nice staffs.”

• Over charged for internet and Construction Noise.

“Hotel is located in a good area, the rooms are smaller, and they were doing construction during our stay, which was unbarring to be in your room. They did not change our room per request to the other side of the hotel, although they said they will. They also overcharged me for the internet use, I explained and still nothing happened. ”

• For the HK tour, the hotel wanted to charge 5% extra for use of a credit card.

“The location of the hotel is a good 5 blocks from the nearest MTR station. Even the Airport Express( fast train)'s bus shuttle does not stop at this hotel. The rooms are super small. Even though it technically meets the requirement of a 4*, I felt that Regal Kowloon.”

• Under renovation so much of front was not looking good. Smaller sized rooms than expected.

“Eaton Hotel is a good place to stay. Clean, friendly, of good location if you want to stay in Colon. Decently close to MTR station. Rooms were smaller than I expected. Place was undergoing renovation of the front of the hotel while I was there, which aside from aesthetics, did not really disturb me.”

“In general, the hotel is fine. Yet its location is between two subway stations, if you walk the whole day, you probably want to go back to your room as soon as possible at the end of the day. Staying in Eaton you need to walk a bit more after you get out of the subway. The airport bus 33 stops right in front of it.”

• Happy hour and Buffet Dining which was very good
• They put us in a smoking room. When I asked for non smoking, the beds were terrible so we stayed in the smoking room.

“This hotel is not in the greatest location on Nathon Road. It is a bit out of the way. It is clean and upscale. The restaurants are good. The wait staff in the hotel lobby are nothing specail, but adequate. I would stay here again if at the same price.”

“It is a great location for the night market and additional bargain hunting. The Aroma Cafe coffee shop on the ground floor is fabulous and offers internet for free while using the Aroma Cafe! They will always have fresh fruit, meat pies and good coffee drinks for your morning breakfast, along with crescents and ham and cheese and egg salad sandwiches. Its clean, comfortable and if you choose separate items instead of the buffet you will save money. The Hotel offers live music each night in the bar and it has comfortable seating. The Hotel offers several restaurants, which are medium priced, if you are more bold you can venture to the night market area and many street local restaurants to choose. I prefer the indoor restaurants. Great fish and seafood selections with plenty of rice. My only complaint was the hotel room which was the standard....was pretty small for two people. Clean but small. The Hotel Assistant Manager was a great guy!”

“I was very disappointed with the Hotel room it was definitely not a four star hotel room. The lobby and amenities were pretty descent and the staff was pretty nice. The poor quality of the room was really a shame... the carpet was disgusting, the shower had no hot water, very small room, and it smelled... Overall I would give the room only 2 stars.”

“The hotel has a friendly, helpful staff, first class amenities and a very classy lobby which includes coffee shop. It's located in the heart of it all on Nathan Road in Kowloon. It exceeded my expectations.”
