• I had to leave for work and breakfast at 5:45am would have been helpful. But I can't expect that really.

• The rooms were great and the tempered beds were awesome! The pool and hot tub nice as well!
• Feathers in the pillows and comforters. I am highly allergic I wish all hotels would do away with these due to allergies.

“This hotel was amazing the people jumped right on getting the feather pillows and covers out of the room when they were aware of my allergies.”

• There was a used bar of soap in the shower.

• Two days later, I'm still hurting from those beds.

“Hard to find. The much-vaunted mattresses were a disaster for me and my wife. We did not sleep well on the Therapeutic beds and woke with aches.”

• I really, really liked the tempered mattress! I wanted to bring it home with me.
• Breakfast buffet was expensive.

“The hotel sets back off the street and is surrounded by tall evergreen trees which shaded the rolling lawn. Key entry from the outside door at all times made me feel very safe.”

• We liked the pool & fitness areas and the hotel snack bar was a bargain relative to other hotels.
• Shower curtain had excessive mildew.

“Good basic accommodations. Location was not great for us as we were just passing through, it was several miles from i75 and not easy to find. Snack bar was a bargain. Minor gripe. Shower curtain had a lot of mildew, I expected better from Marriott.”

• We liked the pleasant courtyard in the middle of the hotel. It is a nice secure place to enjoy the outdoors and converse.
• We were unclear as to whether breakfast was included and not very pleasantly surprised when we were presented with the bill for the breakfast buffet.

“We found the hotel clean, well maintained and the staff friendly. We had a pleasant and restful one night stay.”

• We loved the king sized bed it was a tempered or similar quality.
• The floor around the pool area is really sliced and I think someone will slip and really get hurt.

• It suited my needs, and the Japanese restaurant is a plus.
• The elevator door could have been a little cleaner.

“A nice experience, it is located near, but not too near i-75 and new circle road. But, very quiet. Very clean. The bathroom was especially nice. The shower curtain curved around the tub, giving you much more room. A very nice and thoughtful touch.”

• I love the room decor.
• The swimming area has noticeable mold around the windows and even in the whirlpool area.

“I've stayed at this hotel three times in the last months. I always enjoy staying there with my family. The room is nice and spacious. And I like the option of the swimming pool/whirlpool and also the fitness area. The major down of this hotel (in addition to some moldy areas in the swimming facility) is the cost of breakfast. That breakfast is would be free at another hotel (like the la Quinta in the area). that said, I still prefer the courtyard for the reasons above.”

• It had a nice, clean room.
• The lamp short circuited, broke my necklace! Also, they double charged me for the room.

“All in all, we had a good experience. The bed was memory foam and was very nice to sleep on. We had a room with a king bed, it also included a full size sofa sleeper. Very nice quality toiletries. Very clean. For once, a hotel room with enough pillows! Now on to the things that we did not like about this hotel. It was confusing to find, because there was a Marriott residence inn in front of the courtyard Marriott, so that threw us off. Who would have thought there were two hotels by Marriott in the same location? The hotel also overcharged us. The hotel was no help in this. My husband was irate. The staff wasn't very helpful in giving directions to get to the hotel from the auk medical center. They had us going all over Lexington! I would stay there again, though. It was a nice experience, all in all.”

• I was not sure about the tempurpedic bed but I slept great and had not problems at all.
• I did not like the fact that the bottled water was $3.00 a bottle. Had I not looked at it closely, I would have been out $3.00 for water.

“Overall, it was a great night¿s stay. We were comfortable and cozy. We were not disturbed at all and I was glad to see the pool so clean and inviting.”

• Fabulously comfortable tempurpedic bed, very quiet and nice accommodations.
• We got in bed and ready to watch a movie on pay-per-view and it did not work.

• Desk clerk very accommodating - moved our divergent rooms to the same wing, floor and corridor when she heard us saying how far apart our rooms were.
• Potato chips on elevator floor were there for over one day. (I really had to reach to find something I didn't like here).

“Most of us just loved the mattresses - only one dissenter who was indifferent. This was the perfect hotel in which to relax and rejuvenate after several 12-hr. Mentally & physically exhausting days - no corridor or outside noises.”

• The pool area.
• The cost for breakfast kept me away from purchasing it.

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard. It was nice and clean. I felt like I was staying at a nice hotel. The pool area wasn't even being used when we got there; so, it was just our family swimming there (which was nice). I'd have to say that my biggest disappointment was the fact that the continental breakfast was $10 - whereas cheaper hotels offer it for free.”

• It's in a secluded location, beautiful park-like grounds and center court garden, you feel you're at a resort.
• a little far from restaurants.

“this hotel certainly exceeded our expectations, we would be happy to stay there again. We were just passing through on business (your questionnaire does not give the option of a couple traveling together on business), would like to have stayed longer.”

• The service was amazing! They went out of their way to help us!
• The bed was temperpedic, and was very firm. I did not sleep well on this mattress.

“This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed. It was new and the decoration was very in date. The staff went out of their way to help us and accommodate us from finding a refrigerator to chill our pizza to giving our children stuffed toys at breakfast. I was amazed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I felt extremely safe here. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. We had more than enough at this hotel. Excellent stay!”

• Clean, well-maintained interior/exterior, ample room amenities, whirlpool, nicely decorated, internet access, wonderful beds.
• No complimentary continental breakfast, breakfast too pricey, pool too cold.

“Overall, I would rate this hotel a 9 out of 10. There was easy access in and out of facility & room. The hotel was nicely decorated and maintained. I would offer a choice between coffee and tea. I am allergic to coffee! I think it would benefit the hotel to at least offer complimentary bagels and coffee/tea.”

• Size, location, price, and offering of computers and exercise rooms.
• Staff did not know about tourist information, my room was not cleaned one day.

“I liked the hotel, the price and the overall location. The staff needs some educating on how to give additional information for tourists. They did not know about tourists and when I asked about a zoo in Cincinnati, the night shift worker said she only had access to weather on the Internet I would stay at the hotel again, but would know that I would not be able to rely on help from the staff for activities in the area.”

• Front desk staff. Absolutely SUPER! KUDOS to them!
• Can't. Everything was super. Room # for 244 missing.

“I found the hotel close to the interstate and near food and fuel outlets. The front Desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. High speed internet was offered via LAN. It worked great. This is a really nice place to stay; every thing was just grand.”

• Loved the Tempur-pedic mattress and the furnishings
• breakfast was $8/pp. We prefer free cont. breakfast.
