• Good location, liked the sofa and the sitting rooms.
• The furniture, sofa and chair was a little worn.

• A great location for area activities.
• The hotel bar was was not stocked properly.

“Quick check in. Staff was excellent. 3rd floor area carpet appeared worn. Bath room door was
spattered with unknown substance. No plastic bag available for laundry. Hotel lobby bar not up to par with rest of hotel service.”

• Great location and lovely view. I would stay again!
• I was not informed about my card being debited for security. Call the hotel and question them about the transaction, they stated it was only pending.

• Location.
• Staff.

“Nice hotel but the staff makes sure they know that you booked your rooms through priceline and it shows by the service at check in. The room was great clean nice layout, however it was a handicap room. They told me when asked that pricline customers get what ever is left or the bottom of the stack.”

• Separate sitting room. Beautiful view.
• Pool closed at Nine PM. No hot tub.

• The rate was excellent for the quality of stay!
• The noisy lobby bar two flights down!

“A very pleasant and helpful staff member, I called to arrange closer to elevator and handicapped accessible due to husband's condition, no problem. Good burger and fries from room service - very accommodating brought extra cans of soda for us. Nice location, great value thanks to Priceline.”

• No free Wi-Fi.

“All was fairly good except the lack of free wireless internet. They charged $10 per day for wireless connection. Even all the economy hotels have free wireless. I will not likely stay anywhere again without knowing ahead of time about wireless service. Ruined my trip.”

• Rooms had extra room with TV separate from bedroom.
• Everything was great.

“Hotel was very clean, inside the room and out. Check in and check out was very easy. The room was very comfortable and we were very pleased. I wouldn't stay at another hotel in this area.”

• Loved the 2 separate rooms and flat screen TV.
• Shower wasn't as nice as I thought it would be in this room.

• Nice and clean great location.
• Love the hotel have stayed here before.

“This hotel is a really good hotel if you plan on going to the Fayette Mall. We love the Joseph Beth bookstore that is right beside the hotel along with dinning that is available. You can also walk to the movies. The rooms are always very clean and spacious and the staff is always there to help you. The price that you can get this hotel for is really worth it.”

• This hotel was in an excellent location and my room was very convenient.
• The only fault I have about this hotel is they don't have enough parking.

“I really enjoy staying at this hotel because of the location. Close to the mall and other shops I generally shop. I have stayed at Hilton Suites several times in the past and love being able to stay now.”

• The room, and the public spaces were great.
• The location was difficult because of the traffic to get there.

“Great hotel! The rooms & common space were great, and well worth the money. The only thing that was an not the best experience getting to and from the hotel. The neighboring mall traffic makes it a little busy getting in and out of the hotel. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel!”

• Good location.

“We didn't realize until we were getting ready to leave that there was a problem with the hot water in our room- we would have tried to do something about it but we were going to be checking out soon so we didn't think it was worth changing rooms to take a shower right before we left. We were traveling home right after check out anyway. I'm sure they would have accommodated us since they had been helpful up to that point. Next time I will probably check the hot water right after checking in.”

• Wonderful decor and loved the corner room with rounded windows, also, sitting area was very nice.
• No indoor whirlpool/pool.

• The room was a suite with a place for children to watch TV and the adults a different TV.
• One elevator was not working.

“The folks were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

• Our room was on the corner w/nice view.
• Not a 3 1/2 star hotel.

“The rooms are suites, with the bedrooms towards the back wall, this is not a problem when sleeping, but it is hard to enjoy the extra living room. The hotel is convenient to the mall and shopping.”

• The hotel location is very good and I enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel.
• The people at the front desk were not friendly at all and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel.

“I really like the hotel that
I stayed in. However, the beds were unusually uncomfortable. One reason being, at most hotels, if you don't get a king size bed, you get two queens. At this hotel, we got two full size beds which were not only too uncomfortable, but too small as well. Also, the front desk staff was unusually unfriendly. Overall, I do enjoy this hotel and will stay there again in the future.”

• Roomy, clean, upscale, comfortable.
• Did not clean room the first night.

“The hotel was excellent except for the fact that they did not clean the room the first night of my stay. The food was good. I was impressed that they offered complementary ice for coolers, etc. I think Wi-Fi should be offered free of charge. It is free even at Super 8 Hotels. When I travel on business, I need WiFi and don't think it should be an extra charge.”
