• I like the location and distance for events that we went to.
• The beds were advertised as double but were only regular size for two adults.

“I was disappointed that the beds were only regular size, they were advertised as double. There were four adults sharing a room and the beds were small and uncomfortable. I was disappointed that they had NO rooms with queen beds.”

• I loved that the continental breakfast was cooked to order.
• I didn't like that you had to pay to use the wireless internet. Some hotels have it for free.

“The Embassy Suites Hotel was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly, and met all my needs. This trip was a late Valentine's day gift for my fiancee and the room was very romantic. No one bothered us, it was quiet, and location of the hotel was perfect. The places we planned on going to was within 5 miles of the hotel room. Overall, my experience with the Embassy Suites hotel was outstanding!”

• I loved the water fountains. It made it very nice.
• The restaurant needs more items on the menu.

• Beautiful lobby with water fountains.
• Air conditioning not working properly, leaky toilet, and mold in bathrooms.

“The staff acted surprised when I called about the air conditioning not working. When the maintenance guy arrived, he said others in the hotel were having the same problem & he brought a fan & fixed our leaking toilet while he was there. Not worth the price for the free cocktail hour. Maybe the free drinks are so you are too drunk to drive to another hotel.”

• The sleeper sofa was the usual, very uncomfortable.

• Nearby free parking.
• Far too many unruly noisy kids pulling the fire alarms.

“Elegant and sophisticated during the work week, this place becomes a zoo weekends. Kids racing the elevators makes for a long wait in getting to your room. Kids pulling false fire alarms make peace and quiet impossible. At least the manager quickly refunded our money after the third false alarm. Stay away from this one.”

• Beautiful lobby, nice indoor pool, wonderful and clean room, excellent service, delicious breakfast.
• A little pricey.

“This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service. The room (suite) was large and very clean. The indoor pool was very nice. And the breakfast buffet was delicious! I traveled with my husband and 20 month old daughter and we had a great time.”
