• Open for business.
• Should be closed.

“Horrible place to stay. Ran out of towels, complained when we asked for new ones (never got them by the way, had to go to another hotel to shower). Rich employee complained that they folded 500 towels today and were done! WOW. 5 of us had to shower elsewhere. Going to charge back one of the two nights. Waiting on response from parent and Peggy Berg but Hotel Manager sided with employee and denied anything wrong happened. Amazing.”

• It was close to the Augustsa National Golf Course.
• The smoking rooms smelled awful.

“It's a decent place to stay if you are going to the Masters in Augusta, GA because it is close to the golf course. The only problem we had was that the only room they had available was a smoking room, although we were unaware of the fact until we arrived. The room smelled awful and made all of our clothes smell bad, as well.”

• Dirty blanket, soiled linens, dirty walls and
  door had a crack in it.

“I use hotels at least 5 times a month. I brought my father down to the Masters Golf Tournament. When we arrived there were local hooligans out side our room getting very drunk and my father was nervous about getting out of the car. I told that to the front desk and they said they could not change the room. The towels were smaller than a pillow sheet and were very, very old. Dirty walls, ceiling, linens were soiled, blanket had visual stains, there was a bug issue, TV was 20+years old and had a haze on the screen. There was a separation between the door and the frame, you could seen in and out when the door was closed. No water pressure and just disgusting.”

• The kitchenette.
• Not knowing about event that may cause us not to sleep, example Children making loud noise, I would had prepared myself better.

“Hotel was nice, I just need to know if any events going on that may cause some disturbance. The hotel manager did a good job taking of it.”

• It is in a convenient location to the Veterans Hospital.
• Staff needed to be trained and updated on procedure.

“Our hotel stay was fine. We had a misunderstanding with the payment. It took them 2 days to return our money we gave them the first night, because they said they didn't have enough cash.”
