Plasma TV, boring programmes, movies not easily available
Baked beans swamped in pepper

“Breakfast: No salt and pepper on the table but baked beans drowned in pepper. Impossible to eat. And fix those toasters, OK?”

TV in bathroom
Far too much pepper in baked beans (breakfast), no toothbrush/toothpaste pack

“Make it clear that alcholic beverage etc. in room is complementary. DVD movies; nice idea but just too much hassle to contact "Housekeeping", have them bring a disk, find you don't like it, call down for another .. If movies can't be requested directly on entertainment centre then it's something and nothing. ”
