• Called and asked us if we needed anything after we checked in.
• Asked for pool towels twice in 30 minutes and never received any. 8 guests at pool without towels.

• Location.
• Pets being allowed in this hotel, terrible decision on the part of Holiday Inn.

“Not happy, fire alarm went off three times the first night, hotel needed to be evacuated, dogs barking every morning, waking you up, can't reach anyone at the front desk, always went to voice mail, very bad experience! I stay in over 50 Holiday Inn's a year, not happy with this service, will consider going to another hotel fleet for future!”

• Swimming pool was great for kids!
• Hotel was inflexible when upgrading.

“Great hotel for kids as they eat for free and the pool was awesome. The only downer was that management was not flexible when attempting a last minute room upgrade even when an upgraded room was unoccupied.”

• Clean, friendly, reasonable.
• Parking - I use a cane and have a disability sticker but most times the spots were filled by non-disabled.

“My husband backed up the van into one of the posts in the underground parking lot. There are so many. He has never had an accident before and was very frustrated because they are hard to miss as the parking is so tight.”

• Staff was courteous and the rooms were clean.
• Rooms were too close to one another.

“Our neighbors were making noise and because of the proximity of our rooms we were getting blamed for the noise. Other than that the rooms were clean and the we staff was exceptional. Great location and close to a lot of sites.”

• Clean rooms.
• Hotel had a bus service to airport, but I had to pay cab $25 early in morning.

“This hotel is 20-25 minutes away from airport. They said hotel bus would deliver me back and forth. However, when I need the bus in the AM to return to airport, was not running. Cost me an extra $25 for that evening. Not impressive!”

• Receptionist was helpful.
• No bellman. Regular room were smaller.

“Apart from this the hotel staff were nice and friendly. The hotel room is smaller in size. Our A/C had to be reset early morning on a Sunday and the maintenance man came down and fixed it in less than 60 min. The restaurant has very good food for average price. A small playground area for kids, which is good for people with young kids. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 2.5 star.”

• Freeway close. Easy to get places.
• Parking lot was limited and structure difficult to move about in.

“Friendly staff. Location within 10 - 15 minutes of all area attractions and airport. Older property but rooms are nice and comfortable.”

• Location, free internet and parking.
• Parking spaces are cramped. The poles show a lot of people have rubbed them with their bumpers.

• Very clean and comfortable.
• No continental breakfasts.

“This hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds and pillows were ultra comfortable. The elevators arrived quickly and were spacious. The pool was great and the decor in the pool area was charming. The exercise room was more than adequate and easily accessible. I enjoyed the food and beverages in the restaurant and lounge. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there.”

• Very clean and spacious, great bed.
• Parking was very limited under roof and was close quarters, and it rained each day.

“What I would expect of a 3-star hotel. Free, first come, internet access was a nice feature. Directions given were correct. A very good experience.”
