• Their low prices for quality rooms. Very attractive compared to four seasons across the street.
• Slow service at the restaurant.

“This is a nice hotel that has adapted as higher end hotels have moved into nearby locations. It is a great price, yet very clean, professional, and helpful. The concierge was very accommodating of all my requests and did so in a prompt manner. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Amazing location, and nice decor. Also free internet at the business center.
• The elevators! There are only two elevators for this large hotel! Extremely inconvenient!

“The hotel is located right in the hear of downtown Vancouver, and close to the airport. It has very nice decor, and the rooms are large and quite comfortable. There was only one big problem, and that is the hotel's elevators. There are only two elevators for this large hotel, and every time we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator to reach our floor. It was extremely annoying! This hotel was an excellent choice.”

• Location was great in the heart of the city, east to get out of city when trip was done.
• The overall elevator situation, loud and long waits.

• Large bathroom and great location.
• I was told that the bed was a queen, but it seemed more like a double.

“The staff was extremely curious and helpful, the hotel was in a great location, and the linens were of a higher quality. The one thing we did not like was that we had a room that could be adjoined to the next room, so we heard the phone ringing and people talking in that room. The website says the rooms are "sound proof", but other than that we were very happy with the hotel.”

• Great location, excellent service culture.
• 2 twin beds instead of 2 doubles or queens.

“This hotel does an excellent job of welcoming you as if you paid the bar. There is a strong culture of service and the staff is dedicated to using your sir Name, when proper. It was a wonderful stay experience. ”

• Very modern and clean.
• Expensive parking.

“Nicely located in downtown Vancouver close to shops and restaurants. Good for business travelers with a convenient business centre. Parking was expensive.”

• We found nothing negative in this hotel or its staff!

“My family's visit to Vancouver was made especially memorable due, mostly, to the staff in this beautiful hotel. Our rooms were spacious, yet cozy; comfortable in the very best sense of the word. But the staff made all the difference in the world! Gracious and accommodating, they couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Thank you every so much.”
