“ Very economical, clean, well located, very good value, I have stayed in maybe 12 hotels in the last three years and this was by far the best. Will stay here anytime I am in Vancouver. Free breakfast. In hotel laundry that the guests can use. ” Oct 1, 2009 by
Elena from San Antonio,TX
“This was a clean, safe, and good location hotel. The staff was exceptionally in their work. All were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel that were on a budget. The location was great if going on a cruise or walking to major points of interest.” Oct 27, 2008 by

“For a moderately priced hotel, it was fine. Their valet parking service got our keys mixed up and brought us the wrong vehicle. Then they scratched our passenger mirror when parking our vehicle too close to the wall. They then charged us $5.00 more for parking.

“Close to things we wanted to do; small room, but sufficient for our needs; would like to see mirror in room, as only one is in enclosed bathroom. Difficult for two people to get ready at same time (especially two women!).” Apr 14, 2008 by
Jeff from Victoria, BC CA
“Good value for money, very helpful staff, excellent location.” Jan 22, 2008 by
Sanna from Seattle, WA
“The expensive valet surprised us(25$)and there was no where else to park. Additionally, they told us to get anything valuable out of the car because it wasn't a safe neighborhood. The free internet was nice and the room was okay. The staff was nice, too. Okay for a 1 star hotel.” Jan 9, 2008 by
Kristina from Seattle, WA
“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient for the night life in Downtown Vancouver. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, except for the parking situation. Valet parking should be recommended or included in the price to avoid other people having their cars vandalized while staying here.” Nov 27, 2007 by
Mauricio from Portland, OR
“This is a great hotel for the traveler intent on enjoying Vancouver's night life.” Oct 10, 2007 by
Andrew from Seattle, WA
“Other than the beds being very short (Im 6'3" and didn't fit on the bed at all) the place was exactly what I was looking for in the $100 range per night on a Saturday. The hotel staff was absolutely the best. Loaned us an umbrella, extremely friendly and helpful. Well versed in the area and easy to chat with.” Oct 2, 2007 by
Cameron from Colorado Springs, CO
“Good hotel. The small rooms are manageable, but definitely cramped. The hotel can't do anything about the views given the location, but the lack of a window that you can see through left a little bit of a gloomy feel in the room day and night.” Jun 9, 2007 by
Gayle from Gardnerville, NV
“Would stay here again because it's a pleasant hotel with attractive furnishings and nice continental breakfast. But I do wish it were in better part of town--but then probably couldn't afford to stay.” Apr 8, 2007 by
Sylvia from Calgary, AB CA
“During my stay in the hotel my own car parked by the hotel's valet parking was vandalized and valuables in the car were all stolen, which was really frustrating for me. However the hotel staff including the duty manager never said they were sorry for the incident happened in the hotel but just insisted they were not responsible at all. Further on second day's morning the fire alarm was ringing terribly with unknown reason which made all the guests rush down the stairway to evacuate though there was no explanation or apology from the hotel for the happening. My whole trip to Vancouver was spoiled due to the incidents in the hotel and more over the unkind attitude of the hotel staff. The only person equipped with service standard of a hotel was the valet parking guy.” Mar 23, 2007 by
Russ from Tacoma, WA
“The outside of the hotel does not do justice for the interior. It was very nice looking & had a historical feeling to it. The staff was very wonderful and informative. We would definitely consider going back to enjoy another stay!” Jan 1, 2007 by
Seon M. from Vancouver, BC CA
“Totally not bad.” Nov 22, 2006 by
Tim from Seattle, WA
“My wife and I stayed at the Ramada Limited Downtown Vancouver on Pender and loved it. The staff really set this hotel apart from every other budget hotel we've experienced. We visited during a very busy time (2 Canucks games, the Grey Cup, the Santa Parade and a district-wide water emergency) and the staff were as friendly and relaxed as if we'd stopped by for tea. The location is ideal for walking everywhere. Despite overlooking a busy street and being right next to a giant neon sign, our little room was dark and quiet and peaceful. This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
