“When we arrived, our luggage was whisked away. Although we were traveling with my mother and her good friend, who were staying on a different floor than us, the correct luggage wound up in our room by the time we got there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No complaints.” Jun 5, 2009 by
Tammy from Eden Prairie,MN
“The room was very large with a separate bedroom and a living room with a wet bar, mini fridge, microwave and dishwasher.” May 26, 2009 by
Charlie from Oklahoma City,OK “Extremely professional staff, very attentive and friendly. Best hotel we have stayed at in years.” May 21, 2009 by
Mara from Victoria,Canada
“Great location, friendly staff, great room, clean, comfortable modern hotel.” Apr 18, 2009 by
George from Mill Creek,WA
“A very small bedroom with a queen sized bed, one robe, one glass in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable at all and we had a terrible nights sleep. The elevators were incredibly slow and just getting up and down from the room was a task. The parking garage was tiny and the spaces were very tight.” Apr 5, 2009 by
Alaine from Powell River,Canada
“Good location downtown Vancouver, quiet, staff professional yet friendly.” Mar 26, 2009 by
Mike from Seattle,WA
“Awesome hotel rooms. Touch lamps, heated bathroom floors, complimentary strawberries, Comfortable mattress, fancy coffee machine, microwave and toaster in room.” Mar 8, 2009 by
Michael from San Francisco,CA
“Stylish room and public spaces. All rooms have a kitchen; in mine (a studio) it was well hidden in built-in cabinets. Some deferred maintenance issues (toilet handle sticks). Awkward pedestrian entrance to hotel from street - lobby is 2 floors of stairs up from Robson; avoid stairs by using rear (car) entrance.” Feb 24, 2009 by
Rachelle from Yorkton,Canada
“The rooms are small, but the space is efficiently used. The kitchenette and living area are a nice touch. Great for a short stay (we stayed 4 nights), but any longer you might start to feel cramped. The workout facility and pool were beautiful, and there was also a Marketplace IGA downstairs for us to grab breakfast at!” Dec 25, 2008 by
Patty from Langley,Canada
“We enjoyed the location and the room was very nicely appointed. The restaurant food was delicious but, could have a nicer set up for the hotel - seemed like you were walking into a lounge, which you did have to to get to the dining area. Our view was looking directly on/at apartments so it felt like you didn't want the blinds open. Overall, we thought the room was very nice.” Oct 27, 2008 by

“Great value for the money.” Oct 21, 2008 by
“Very nice staff. complimentary upgrade, free chocolate covered almonds, wine and beer store right next door. Walking distance to clubs, restaurants, shopping. Great heavenly bed, shower and the view was remarkable.” Sep 9, 2008 by
Chris from Lynnwood, WA
“Hotel is situated in a great location, two Starbucks less than 2 blocks away and several restaurants close by. We had a wonderful view from the 20th floor. The room was good size and clean. We used the spa and pool area which was very nice.” Aug 30, 2008 by
Amy from Falls Church, VA
“Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was business-like and efficient, though not effusive. Right in the heart of downtown. Suites with some kitchen facilities were very helpful for a somewhat Extended Stay.” Aug 28, 2008 by
William from Beaverton, OR
“The staff is courteous the accommodations are clean the view spectacular they exceeded my expectations.” Aug 24, 2008 by
Patricia F. from Aurora, ON CA
“Did not meet my expectations for the price.” Aug 5, 2008 by

“Great clean hotel with excellent accommodations and location.” Aug 5, 2008 by
Randy from Poulsbo, WA
“Overall a nice hotel. Not the best Westin I've stayed in but a good value for the star rating. Desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Valet service was mediocre. Hotel is at extreme east end of Robson which is quieter but a longer walk to shops and restaurants. I called about directions to the check-in area and was told right on the corner of Homer and Robson. The hotel entrance is actually hidden in an alley off Robson and took us three trips around the block to locate. Hotel signs are not readily apparent from other business signs on Robson street.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Em from Calgary, AB CA
“The hotel is situated close to restaurants and shopping very central. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spectacular and very clean. My only complaint is that there are only 2 elevators that are extremely slow, after three elevators passed our floors and were full with people upon check out we had to take the stairs which was not so fun for a pregnant lady.” Jul 29, 2008 by
Pj from Folsom, CA
“Great location and very nice suite, wonderful view of the city lights at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could walk everywhere and there's plenty to see and do. Our suite had a mini kitchen with amenities I wouldn't have expected. My only complaint was that the only mirror was in the bathroom, so when getting ready it made it harder for us both to get ready at the same time. They need to put up a mirror in the bedroom and it would be perfect!” Jul 14, 2008 by
Theresa from Pender Island, BC CA
“Excellent location, very attractive rooms, comfortable beds and a convenient little kitchen. Tops marks all round.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Cecily M. from Edmenton, AB CA
“For the one time experience it was fantastic. Clean, comfy, staff was friendly and helpful it topped off the perfect night to stay in such a beautiful hotel!” Jul 7, 2008 by
Lisa from Werribee AU
“We were impressed with the friendly & helpful staff across all areas of the hotel. Good pool, gym facilities & room service food was delicious (even the after 10pm menu). The only criticism we had was that we accidentally left some belongings in the room & even though the hotel found them they did not contact us on our contact number but when we called 2 weeks later when we realized we had left things behind the hotel said they new they were ours. Having said that the hotel then made every effort to get our belongings to us quickly.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Nancy from Bloomington, IN
“Nice hotel - we had a king suite. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big with separate shower and bathtub. Only stayed one night but everything met or exceeded my expectations.” Aug 1, 2007 by
John from Winnipeg, MB CA
“Central location. Friendly staff. Limited public space. Long wait for elevators. Suite and kitchenette appreciated. Solid 4 star rating.” Jul 31, 2007 by
Marian from Northridge, CA
“Other than the complaint in #14, the hotel was lovely and the staff very cheerful, helpful, and went out of their way to please us.” Jul 19, 2007 by
Jean from Port Isabel, TX
“Hotel is nice and conveniently located to shopping. It reminds one of the Hotels in New York City, small rooms but well apportioned.” Jul 14, 2007 by
Cynthia S. from Wayne, PA
“We stayed here briefly the night before a cruise. The room was fine and very quiet. It is advertised as a suite which it was but the bedroom was very small so together with the sitting room. It was not really any larger than a regular room in a hotel.” Jul 13, 2007 by
Melanie from Whittier, CA
“Perfect hotel for hiding out in your room to read, rest and catch up with your spouse. You do need a map and directions to stay away from danger when you leave the premises.” Jun 30, 2007 by
Linda from Walkersville, MD
“This hotel is nicely situated in downtown Vancouver, near the arts center, the amazing public library, and only a few blocks walk from the waterside area. Staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful in giving us information for sightseeing for our short stay. Our cabs were called quickly and our suite was wonderful.” May 31, 2007 by
Douglas from Calgary, AL
“Very comfortable high rise hotel. Amazing view. Nice outdoor Jacuzzi pool. Felt like a boutique hotel. Very comfortable. I would book again in a minute.” May 23, 2007 by
Ian from Seattle, WA
“Rooms are nice little micro-suites. Very clean and comfortable. But all facilities are basically self-service. Very quiet for a Westin. The bar is terrible--expensive and poorly executed. On the plus side, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in the right location for exploring Vancouver.” Aug 11, 2006 by
Ed from Antelope, CA
“The room was very nice and the location was fairly convenient, however, they placed us facing the new construction next door which woke me up in morning.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
