• The front-desk staff were very helpful in providing information regarding directions to certain locations.
• The hotel was very old and located on a street that did not feel safe at night.

“The hotel condition and appearance did not meet my expectation. While the service was excellent, I would probably seek alternate accommodations the next time.”

“Nice hotel, but not many amenities. TV, phone and coffee maker in the room which was clean but small. No breakfast included, no own restaurant but a restaurant next door.”

• Room was small and felt cramped.

“This hotel was fine to stay at for someone traveling on a budget. It was very clean and well kept but was an older building with a slow elevator and narrow hallways.”

• Very small room and too much noise intrusions.

“If I was traveling by myself this hotel is good enough for me. It was so hard to find a parking space and I waited for 45 minutes to get a spot which defeated the purpose of leisure travel which I came very tired after a busy day. Parking is not very secure for a car I rented when I saw left over food was placed in the roof of the car.”

• Great location, friendly staff, perfect stay for this trip.
• No room service and the shower temperature is a bit sporadic.

“This hotel is in a great, central location with very helpful staff. It is perfect for the leisure traveler who wants to save a few bucks. There are also tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The hotel location.
• The hotel only provide room accommodate one person.

“The Hotel is charming and located in a very good location. The hotel refuses to give us two double beds or something that will accommodate two people and will charge 15 dollars for extra bed. So after we arrive, we pay extra 15 dollars per day to get another bed.”

“After trying to stick us with a smoking room, we settled for the only non-smoking room available--a 2nd floor double bed room across from a loud dance place. But that was nothing. This area is so seedy we wouldn't go on the street at night (and were scared to death our car would be broken into in the $17/night public lot where we were forced to park). Weirdos, addicts, porn shops boasting S&M gear--unbelievable. Obviously you've never had anyone stay or visit this place. We feel tricked and put at risk (physical and vehicle). We have used your service both in my name and my wife's. We wouldn't subject ourselves to this EVER again.”
