• The location and friendliness of the staff.
• $20 to park my car for one night.

“Great stay! Upgraded from 1 Bedroom Deluxe to a larger size. Had full kitchen and fireplace. Perfect to come back to and get cozy in front of!”

• Tiny room, noisy, animals, pets barking, thin walls

“Ridiculously small room, could hear our neighbors through the thin walls, barking dogs in the hotel rooms, loud people in the hallways all night, fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM for 20 minutes. Your staff knows all about their noisy hotel and does NOTHING!! Completely erroneous star rating.Priceline you are deliberately misreprensenting with a 3.5 rating. We will not use you again.I also have read that you never respond to customers complaints or refund requests.”

• The parking garage is crazy to drive and fit a car

“There are many more nicer hotels in Whistler.These rooms are small. The television is from the 1980's. The garage is not designed to accomodate anything but a small compact car. The bathroom is tiny, the door opens up into the bathroom and then you must step aside to allow it to close.”

• The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive.
• The was a sticky spot on the rug under the table in the suite.

• Small bed, small room.

“Was given a room with 2 twin size beds! Room is extremely small. Did not expect this kind of quality for a 3.5 stars hotel. Knowing that I was given an economy room, I would have booked a 2 star hotel!”

• We had a lovely suite of rooms. Kitchen, fireplace, and a lovely view. A nice big comfy bed too!
• It took some time, but the only draw back was the size of the T,V. and the reception was not all that good in the bedroom T V set.

“Absolutely fabulous. It is the nicest room we have ever had. The price was really reasonable for the quality of this hotel. The rooms are comfy and clean. The bed was very comfortable and cozy.”

• Location was good.
• First night put us above a night club--it was horrible then they moved us to a better local.

“The room was comfortable and nice but between the Sundial and Delta, would go back to Sundial and not the Delta. Was nicer at the Sundial.”

• Friendly staff, great location, very comfortable.
• Restaurant menu had a relative lack of breakfast, vegetarian and kid items.

“Great place for a getaway with in hotel and community, sunny day and rainy day activities in the "off" or shoulder seasons.”
