“I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going on a ski vacation. The Salomon rental shop was very convenient with valet services both at the slopes for returning equipment to the hotel, and overnight storage of equipment. The lift ticket stand and loading points for both gondolas were only steps away from the hotel.” Dec 23, 2004 by
Sam L. from Idaho Falls “First we were not allocated to the right room i.e. queen beds with sofa bed. We confirmed this before we arrived and therefore we didn't expect that it had not been properly done. Second, we only managed to get our second room almost at 5 p.m. and the front office promised to send it to our first room. We kept reminding the front office. But in the end we gave up and we approached the front office ourselves to collect the keys. Perhaps it was due to high season. However, I would expect an apology from the front office for not being able to honor what they had promised. Other than the rather poor check-in process the rest of the things were fine. The rooms were perfect.” Dec 1, 2004 by
Cedric K. from Jefferson City “I'm pretty unhappy with all of the hidden charges the hotel levies. Parking was $23 a night, and there was some kind of a daily service charge of $20 that pays for spa, 2 bottles of water, and fitness club... things that are usually standard.I thought these charges were extortion and absolute rubbish.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 9, 2004 by
Jordan K. from Seattle “The hotel was in an excellent location, the suite was lovely, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4:30, and the staff were not responsive to repeated requests for bathrobes and a remote control for the TV. However, the staff allowed us to check out at 2:00 pm the following day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.” Hotel Representatives:
