• Great location, balcony overlooking the harbor and a lovely pool.
• The pool change room was being renovated which was inconvenient, shame they could not do this in the off season.

“This hotel was an excellent choice for us, very convenient for all the attractions. It was peaceful and beautifully presented. Our room had everything we needed except a fridge (it had a locked mini-bar fridge). The balcony was small, but had a nice view of the harbor The gym was well equipped, the large pool was wonderful with plenty of daylight and no chlorine. There were "adult only" times for the pool. The buffet breakfast which was included for us, was very good, but I would have preferred a voucher system instead of being billed and then credited, which was an unnecessary nuisance.”

• Fabulous location.
• The tax add-on made this hotel surprisingly expensive.

“While the hotel was very nice and luxurious, there were many other hotels in the same area that probably would have cost a lot less. The almost 15% tax in BC made this hotel cost more than I expected to pay. Such information should be included online.”

• Great location overlooking the harbor, beautiful hotel and helpful staff.
• Did not have any problems with anything.

“Took my wife here for our anniversary, great location next to harbor and close to downtown. Great view from our room overlooking water. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was nice and clean. Location had a great workout facility and indoor pool that was large and would be great for kids. Great experience! Would recommend to anybody visiting Victoria.”
