• Our room overlooked the Harbor and was quiet - great bed.
• The wallpaper was coming off in both the bathroom and bedroom area - made it appear like a lesser property.

“Check in was easy and pleasant. Concierge was helpful without being stuffy. Loved the view from our top floor room over the water. It was romantic and the room was quiet with a very comfortable king sized bed. We were not pleased with the food choices, quality or service at breakfast on our day of departure. However, I would not hesitate to stay at a Delta property in the future.”

• Consistent service. The room was always is perfect shape.
• Charged extra day fee for parking at their facility.

“The Delta Victoria had a lobby and patio that faced the water and Victoria Wharf. Absolutely amazing! You can walk off the patio area and cross the short bridge to get to the Wharf and restaurants. The hotel was quiet (although much seemed to be going on in the ballroom) so it seems the staff manages everything very well.”

• The location.
• The lounge is not accommodating if they are busy. Happy hour etc.

“This hotel offers an excellent view of downtown, Victoria from across the Harbor. It is close to downtown and easily accessible by walking, car and ferry.”

• Location - the harbor ferry stopped right there!
• Liked al! Nothing negative.

“This hotel was great! Right on the inner harbor, with a ferry stop right there. The harbor walk made it easy to walk most anywhere - in our three day stay, we only needed to use the car one time. Every member of the staff, we came in contact with, was friendly and helpful. We will most certainly return to this hotel on future visits to Victoria. Great value for the money!”

• Location in the Inner Harbor made the trip a true joy!

“When our first night's stay went askew because we missed the ferry in Port Angeles to Victoria, we contacted the hotel and they agreed to accommodate our missed night on the end of our trip. They could not have been nicer and the hotel was perfectly lovely.”

• The room was great and the beds were very comfortable.
• The coffee area in our room was not very clean and the menu options were limited.

“It had really nice beds, pillows and decor. We will stay there next time we go to Victoria. 4 star for sure!”

• Great view, great gym, pool, incredible location, large rooms, comfortable bed, wonderful linen.
• Poor service in the bar--ignored +++ on two occasions, windows to the harbor need to be washed, noisy rooms closing early in the am due to bus tour.

“Incredible location, great views, handy to downtown Victoria. Rooms are large, clean and up to date, with extra pillows and new linens.”

• We enjoyed the gym facility, the comfortable room and the hotel's proximity to down town.
• Front desk said they'd send us up a toothbrush, but didn't.

“Beautiful hotel, close to downtown, and very comfortable room. Great gym and pool facility, as well as tennis courts. Friendly staff and a great romantic getaway for us.”

• The staff was outstanding and the shuttle service to town.
• The room faced a wall and the parking garage. Not the Bay!

“The hotel was great just the room was poor. Instead of facing the beautiful bay with the view, my room faced a wall and the parking garage!”

• The location, harbor view, the helpful concierge, the nice washroom.
• Dirty windows from our room.

“A great looking hotel poised in the harbor of downtown Victoria, yet away from the downtown core. The staff was friendly and helpful, the foyer, lobby are attractive and inviting. It seems like a great place to have a wedding and during our overnight stay we saw two wedding parties there. We would have liked to stay longer.”
