  • Close proximity to hotel where conference was taking place.
  • Dirtiness of room, staff not at front desk to assist with check in.

“Very disappointed with the hotel. The carpets need to be cleaned, very uncomfortable to remove my shoes and walk in the room. Staff not available to check you in, required the front desk to be called and initiate a ring to bring a staff to the desk to check us in. Would not recommend this hotel for conference goers.”

  • The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about making your stay the best.

“The location of the hotel is in a quiet area of the city. Only a 8 minute walk to the main downtown area. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very caring and friendly. They were often more than willing to help out in any way. I would definitely stay here again if I had an opportunity!”

  • I liked the friendly people at the front desk.
  • The bathroom was old and run down. The sauna and steam rooms.

“The room was nice but the bathroom was old. The front desk people were nice also. It was quite a walk to the CN Tower but the Eaton Center and Yonge street weren't so far.”

  • The large bedroom, with duvets on the beds.
  • The lack of welcome when we arrived at midnight from the railway station.

“This hotel is going through a transitional phase at the moment. (August 2007), but it was a better experience all round than the downtown Hilton. It seems geared to business people but it served our need very well for a one-night stay.”

“I was really depressed when I got this hotel. Not at all close to the pictures showed on Internet It was not at all worth the price I paid. Will never stay at this hotel again and will never recommend it to some one else.”

  • Suite, Sauna, Steam room, Fitness Center, Hot-Tub, Wireless Internet.
  • Small Towels

The Ramada had everything going for it and had the best guest rating. When we arrived at the hotel we were not let down. There was free wireless Internet, a business center to print at (and fax too), a pool, hot-tub, sauna, fitness center, restaurant, and our suite was great.... If we stayed at a hotel like this in New York we would pay at least $100 more per night.

My only complaint was that the bath towels and pool towels weren't very large. The pool towels were absolutely tiny. When I asked why they said it's the number one thing stolen from hotels. Hint: Get 2 pool towels per person.
