“Really good location for all that we needed. Even though it was close to the highways there was no noise heard in the rooms.”

• I liked the location, hotel was very comfortable and had a warm feeling walking in.

“Found all staff to be very helpful and hotel had all the comforts I was looking for. Rooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. Definitely a hotel that I would go back to.”

• It was a good basic room, at a low price.
• It was great to be offered a balcony room, but obviously people are smoking on it with the door open. We had to change rooms because of the smell.

“Its a good basic hotel, but we stayed next door at the Mariott Residence Inn for the same priceline price. The rooms was WAY better, and it included a full breakfast buffet for free. This hotel charged way too much for a mediocre buffet breakfast and the rooms were not even close to as nice as the Residence Inn.”

• Free internet and coffee/cookies in the hotel lobby.
• The rooms very new but smelled like new carpet/paint chemicals.

“The rooms are nothing special and although the hotel appears to be rather new, the rooms are already outdated (older model TVs etc.). On the other hand the hotel lobby is cute and comfortable. The hotel offers some nice free perks such as coffee, fresh-baked cookies, and internet service.”

• Very comfortable king sized bed, wonderful pool facility.
• Pillows were terrible, bathroom was quite small.

“Very conveniently located at the corner of Highways 400 and 7 in Vaughan. Very friendly staff, beautiful lobby, and updated decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again in a second. We'll bring our own pillows next time, though!”

• One bedroom! We asked for 2 beds.

“Very nice hotel, need more assistance when asked for 2 beds. Free coffee only. Should have free breakfast too, because the Marriott right across the street has free breakfast!”

• The staff was not very friendly and competent.

• Exercise facility.
• No breakfast.

“The room and facilities were very nice. The hotel is located next to every possible store you can imagine and has a ton of restaurants nearby. Just wished that maybe they had a breakfast in the morning. It always makes it easier in the morning rather than going to search for food.”

• I really like the location of the hotel, cleanliness and the staff friendliness.
• The bed could be more comfortable since it is a Marriott.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very close to shopping facilities and wonderland. The staff members are very knowledgeable of the area and are always willing to help. I stayed in a room with a king size bed, and the room was huge. I definitely stay there again.”

• Good bed, good climate control, easy parking.
• Toilet seat too low in bathroom - hard to get up.

“Convenient location if you'll be on northern edge or suburbs of Toronto. Comfortable rooms, great pool and exercise room, and friendly staff. Nice to have business center and Wi-Fi (which didn't always work in my room).”

• There was a vibration in the floor that translated through the TV set and could not be silenced.

“Overall the room was great as were the breakfast facilities - one of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the availability of a full breakfast not available in other local hotels. The staff was pleasant and helpful and I will return during business trips to the city.”

• Very neat, big room and nice bed.
• Far away from downtown Toronto, it is not convenient without a car although you can take viva bus.

“Hotel is very good; however, it is far from center heart of Toronto. Also, you have to take taxi to back hotel after 10:00 pm. Besides, it needs double bus fare to reach you destination at least since steels street put it into "a zone" by tic.”

• The room I was in was full of problems.

“The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are great. My room had some problems though. The A/C didn't work and the room was 79 degrees almost all night. There was the sound of running water coming from beneath my bathroom the entire time I was there. I checked the toilet, the sink, the tub, notta. It was coming from under the floor. When I first got to my room, the services guide was not in there, but quickly brought up after a call to the front desk. I would stay there again because of the overall goodness of the hotel. (Just not in that room)”

• Nice, clean and good. Walking distance to D&B, AMC 30 theatre and IKEA.
• Indoor swimming pool water is a little too cold.

• The washrooms were a bit small with a shower head that was not effective.

“This is a beautiful hotel. I liked everything in courtyard Toronto Vaughan I especially liked the rooms. They are clean with big beds and rooms. They are very quite and the beds just feel like brand-new ones. The staff are friendly and the location was wonderful. The view was just amazing. I would love to stay at this hotel next time I go to Toronto.”

• The location, lobby, staff, room, everything was superb.
• Nothing not to like.

• Quick and efficient check-in and check-out.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“Excellent hotel for the money. Bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Room was very clean. Plenty of parking close to the entrance. Lots of good shopping all around the hotel as well as entertainment for kids of all ages. I will definitely go back.”

• Excellent location, near Ikea, two movie theaters, restaurants and entertainment.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“Hotel was near everything, Ikea, Dave and Busters, Mini-Golf, 2 movie theaters. The room was very nice, great size, clean and pretty. Staff was helpful, had pool area and mini buffet breakfast for a reasonable rate.”

• Very clean and nice looking
• Lack of amenities in the room (i.e. shower cap, lotion etc..). Charging for a local call when pushing the 'in-room' dining button on the hotel phone

“Friendly helpful staff during check-in and checkout. No extra ammenities in the room. When you push the 'in-room' dining button on the hotel phone, it links to a local restaurant and therefore you get charged for a local call which is ridiculous.”
