“We very much enjoyed our stay. Loved the lobby with the book chairs, game tables and rocking chairs in front of the waterfall. Pleasant, helpful staff. Wonderful beds. Great hotel for business or leisure. Would highly recommend.” May 21, 2007 by
Dibo from Houston, TX
“For the businessman perfect.” May 18, 2007 by
Tyler from Essex, VT
“Everything was amazing and the services offered were outstanding. The staff was quick to offer service and was very helpful.” May 16, 2007 by
Eric from Canal Winchester, OH
“We stayed on the 2nd floor of a high rise hotel so we did not get to enjoy the view of the city. Also, we got a room that was very secluded. Somewhat spooky. ” May 16, 2007 by
Delan from Kingston, ON CA
“Overall, a good hotel. It is well situated in the downtown Toronto area, and is within walking distance or a short cab ride from many of the attractions in the downtown core. The public spaces are well done. The rooms are average, with the bed being comfortable but not as comfortable as the "heavenly bed" at the Westin. However the rooms are clean and views are very good. The washroom is average. Overall, a 3.5-4.0 star hotel.” May 16, 2007 by
Fred from Toronto, ON CA
“Excellent location. Should be recommended for the Toronto entertainment weekend stay thing as all the cool bars and clubs are within walking distance.” May 15, 2007 by
Stina from Williamsville, NY
“Highly recommended. would come back anytime! star bucks downstairs a plus.” May 15, 2007 by
Shaun from Cheektowaga, NY
“After waiting for the fire department to reset the fire alarm system at the hotel, a 45 minutes wait, we were quite surprised at how nicely decorated our guest room was. A very nice hotel, only minor inconveniences during our stay such as not having the wine we ordered thru room service. The wait for the fire alarm, paint peeling in the shower, and the menu system for ordering in room movies was not functioning on the last night of our stay.” May 14, 2007 by
V from Point Roberts, WA
“Great location, excellent service, food not great and overall good experience.” May 13, 2007 by
Bill from San Francisco, CA
“This is a tough one. The hotel has a nice looking lobby. The staff was generally friendly. Problem was, I arrived late due to aircraft delays - after midnight. I was told that the hotel was completely booked and was given a room which was some sort of meeting room. I'd call it a suite (which is what I thought I had been given when I first walked in), but it had no bedroom. The bed was a pullout couch -- and a horrible one at that. The bed had no support. The hotel brought in a cot which was basically a mattress on a platform. That mattress was much better but they just stuck it in the middle of the room. The overall experience was very unpleasant.” May 8, 2007 by
Angela from Winnipeg, MB CA
“Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, good for business travelers and conferences.” May 3, 2007 by
Dane from Orem, UT
“The hotel services, including parking and phone service are expensive.” May 3, 2007 by
Julia from Erie, PA
“Hotel was beautiful. Our room was smaller than the normal rooms that we stay in with nothing more to offer. There were no additional amenities. Loved the hotel otherwise.” May 2, 2007 by
Bill from Clarksburg, ON CA
“Wonderful location, nice pool. Unfortunately, a lot of sirens nearby.” May 2, 2007 by
Amardeep from Mississauga, ON CA

“Nice place, excellent meeting facilities, friendly staff.” Apr 26, 2007 by
Michael from Ferndale, MI
“This was a great place to stay. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was great (i.e. close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurant districts).” Apr 26, 2007 by
Sheri from New Port Richey, FL
“This hotel was no less than fantastic! From the front line staff, the newly gorgeous lobby, the always amazing Sheraton Sweet sleeper beds, robes in every room make give the impression your staying in luxury. It's just the best, not to mention the location. Walking distance to so much. I love this hotel! (and I am very picky!)” Apr 25, 2007 by
Bert from Scarborough, ON CA
“Great location for shopping and sightseeing. I would stay there again.” Apr 24, 2007 by
Martine from Stratford, ON CA
“I've stayed at this hotel before and had a better experience. This times I had a terrible view - looked at office towers -- and it was difficult to sleep because of the street noise. I kept the window open because the room was very, very stuffy. I suspect when you don't pay the full price they don't give you the best rooms.” Apr 21, 2007 by
Kevin from Willington, CT
“Location of hotel is superb. Facility itself is modern and well kept. Internet access is easy and free. Big negative is that the bedding is ill-fitting and beds are uncomfortable and unstable.” Apr 20, 2007 by
Steve from London, ON CA
“The Sheraton Toronto is well situated in downtown Toronto, easy to get in and out of, attentive staff on hand to help with everything. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and offer the family and business traveler everything that you would need. Totally a positive experience at the Sheraton downtown Toronto.” Apr 19, 2007 by
Jack from Ann Arbor, MI
“See previous survey.” Apr 19, 2007 by
David from Lynn Haven, FL
“Very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming professional staff.” Apr 19, 2007 by
Brian from Freeland, MI
“I liked the location of the hotel. It was convenient to many Toronto attractions. The lobby was very inviting and it was great that the hotel had the underground path system connected to it. The room was fine, but the ice machine was broken on our floor. They should offer HBO or some other premium movie channels as well on the TV.” Apr 19, 2007 by
Patricia from North York, ON CA
“We were a group of 7 that stayed at the self-contained suite. It was a very pleasant experience and the staff was so accommodating to all our needs. Our experience exceeded our expectations.” Apr 18, 2007 by
Chris from Athol Springs, NY
“Wonderful hotel. Right in the heart of Toronto. Walking distance (right down the street) to great nightclubs. Food and fun.” Apr 18, 2007 by
Winston from Pickering, ON CA
“Great hotel in an outstanding location in Toronto. Directly connected to the underground path shopping center and walkway, thus connected to the Eaton Center and Union Station. Walking distance to the financial, entertainment and theater districts. I was given the choice between a high floor and low floor, and when I requested a large bed, was given a room with a comfortable King mattress. Highly recommended.” Apr 18, 2007 by
William from Plainsboro, NJ
“Other than the lack of an in-room safe, the $2 (plus tax) charge for a toll-free call from the room (not laid out in the "guest services" binder) and the lack of stationery to take home (come to think of it, there may not have been a pen, either), I had no complaints. The building is easy to spot from a distance, making it harder to get lost. The Hudson's Bay department store is nearby, if you happen to forget to bring a belt.” Apr 18, 2007 by
Lee from Montreal, QC CA
“Great location, yet the hotel needs a little updating. Bistro resto was poor quality and service was awful, both items ordered as main courses were wrong, and the quality and portions left a lot to be desired. Nice to have windows that open in the room, a definite plus with stuffy hotel rooms.” Apr 12, 2007 by
Steve from Chicago, IL

“This is a large, very comfortable, and attractive hotel in a central location. The rooms available to customers seem to be adjacent to elevators, but we couldn't hear any noise in either of our rooms and had great views. We were asked about bed preferences and felt well treated. The pool is beautiful. Restaurants were so-so and expensive, but there are many options in the neighborhood.” 4 of 4 people found this review helpful.Apr 4, 2007 by

“I would like to say that I was very happy that they allowed me to leave my car at the hotel without an extra charge because we booked there to see Christina Angular which didn't start until 7:30p.m on the Sunday night. That alone will make me stay their again. We are in business as well and it was great customer service. Thank you very much!” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Mar 29, 2007 by

“Great hotel, in wonderful location in downtown Toronto. Connected to path network, short walk to most of the attractions of downtown Toronto. Clean, decent sized rooms, have all been refurbished in the last few years. Nice pool and fitness centre. Valet parking is priced over the top; you can park for less than half price across the street though.” 4 of 4 people found this review helpful.Mar 28, 2007 by

“In December 2006 I placed my original reservation for a one night stay on march 20, 2007, with a check out date of march 21st. In late January 2007 I called the hotel and requested a king size bed on a non-smoking floor and was told that the request would be honored. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that although I had made reservations, and confirmed my room preferences, months in advance the only room available was in a conference room style on a smoking floor with a "pull out" bed. I was advised that if the pull out bed was a problem that the hotel would provide a cot at "no additional charge". Although the situation was extremely upsetting, and the mere suggestion of sleeping on a cot was insulting, I went to the room where my wife quickly discovered that on top of it all the bathroom had not yet been cleaned. At that point we went back to the front desk and my wife explained that the arrangements simply weren't acceptable and we were informed that the only other option was to put us in a small room with a double bed. Given the fact that sleeping in a small room with any bed was better than the original placement we regrettably took the room. That being said, given both Sheraton's and quality reputations I was shocked at the treatment I received. Since it what was my wife's birthday I purposely selected and paid for four star accommodations which is what I expected from the Sheraton. Unfortunately, I was completely disenchanted with my stay. If you would like to discuss further or need additional information please feel free to e-mail me.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 22, 2007 by

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton in Toronto. The staff was pleasant and we loved taking advantage of the workout room (open 24 hours) and pool.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 22, 2007 by

“Service excellent from check-in to room attendants and recreational areas. Room perfect for our needs and had an excellent view from the 23rd floor. Unfortunately, fire alarm went off on Saturday morning at 1:00 am and stayed on for 45 minutes. Obviously ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 17, 2007 by

“A nice, spacious hotel within walking distance of lots of great neighborhoods and sites. The heated pool was quite enjoyable. The hotel staff was very helpful -- when we were waiting in line to check in, a worker approached us and took us to another check-in counter.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 15, 2007 by

“This hotel is a very nice. The lobby is great with a connection to the underground path that runs throughout downtown Toronto. It is also across from city hall which is great in the winter, especially if you like to ice skate. My only problem with this hotel was the size of the room, it was basically enough room for a double bed and nothing else.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 15, 2007 by

“I was not very impressed with several things about this hotel. First off the Valet Parking was very expensive at $35/night and our rental vehicle was hit in their parking lot. Secondly, there was charges for everything extra including $15 per day for internet, $9 per day to use the fitness centre and $2.00 per call for local phone calls. We have stayed at high star hotels before and did not encounter such outrageous costs. As well when we approached the staff about the ding in the van they said they would review the surveillance tapes but we never got a resolution. Overall, I would not recommend it and will not likely choose Sheraton again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 15, 2007 by

“I have stayed at the Marriott at the Eaton's center - that is listed as a 3* hotel - and was 10 times nicer than the Sheraton on queen - which is listed as a 4* hotel. something to consider.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 15, 2007 by
