“The Sheraton Center downtown Toronto is all that you expect it to be. Although not the newest in its' category, it defines a classy hotel. The lobby level lounge includes a view into a small waterfall garden area that has a conservative Vegas feel. I opted to pay a $50/night premium to stay on the 42nd Club level floor. This included 24hour fitness center access, high speed Internet, and, most noteworthy, access to the Club lounge on the 43rd floor. Complimentary breakfast and hors d'oeurves with floor to ceiling windows makes this lounge very memorable.” Jul 24, 2009 by

“The Sheraton Centre Toronto is a clean and attractive 4 star hotel in downtown Toronto. It is a 2 minute walk from the Osgoode subway stop and directly across from city hall. Rooms were well maintained. There were several computers in the lobby with free internet access for guests. The valet parking was expensive, but the city hall parking garage (across the street) had an underground connection to the hotel for $14/day weekdays and $6/day weekends (no in-out priviliges). Priceline members who have a Starwood Preferred Guest card should present it at check-in - you might get a better room.” Jul 17, 2009 by

“Had a great weekend!” Jul 12, 2009 by
Tara from Grand Blanc,MI
“Parking is very expensive, at $40 per day. Otherwise, this hotel is in a great location, the public areas are clean and inviting, staff was courteous but not spectacular, and the room clean but small.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Ally from Amherstburg,Canada
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.” Jul 7, 2009 by
Ron from Barrie,Canada “The Sheraton always provides good service and a great location in the heart of the city. The beds are feather of softness to the views of the city are breathless.” Jul 5, 2009 by
Bruce from Harrow,Canada
“The Sheraton Hotel is one of the many luxury hotels in the downtown area. Used mainly by businessmen it is geared mainly to them with free Wi-Fi and high speed modems in each room. Each room has a flat screen TV with movies on demand and a 24 hour room service menu.” Jun 30, 2009 by
Kerry from West Bloomfield,MI
“Hotel is in an excellent central location in downtown Toronto, within walking distance CN tower and other attractions. Some construction work ongoing in pool area, and leaves & berries floating in pool. Not quite what I expected for a 4 star hotel (more like 3 star), but great location at a fantastic price. Would definitely go there again.” Jun 27, 2009 by
Celene from Greensboro,NC
“Great location, beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Restaurant food and drinks was good but rather expensive.” Jun 23, 2009 by
Victor from Gatineau,Canada
“The hotel's room does not feel like a 4 star especially with no extras like breakfast or even a water bottle for free. It is certainly comfortable, worth the price I paid, but actual room prices are 3 times more, and I'd feel ripped off if I paid that much per night for what I got. I also cannot believe the expensive parking of 40$ per night.” Jun 20, 2009 by
Elizabeth from Mississauga,Canada
“I have always liked this hotel and it was just as nice as I remembered 30 years ago.” Jun 16, 2009 by
Karen from Stoney Creek,Canada
“Checking into our room was a breeze with multiple representatives and automated check in also available. All staff were courteous and helpful and directed us to the correct elevator bank to reach our suite. We were assisted by a porter who placed our over night bags away. The amenities of the room were superb, the view - marvelous and access to the underground made walking to the ACC to which we had tickets to a comedy performance, a wonderful exercise away from traffic and weather. I would definitely stay here again.” Jun 10, 2009 by
Linda from Ridgeland,MS “Great location in Toronto. A big plus for us was the free use of the internet. The room was spacious and a beautiful view of city hall. Enjoyed it so much.” May 30, 2009 by

“We visit Toronto often visiting family and friends. We have never stayed in a hotel downtown before and we thoroughly enjoyed how convenient the restaurants and shopping were in location to The Sheraton. We will definitely stay in this or another hotel in this same location again.” May 18, 2009 by

“I have stayed in this hotel 6 or 7 times and it has been a positive experience EVERY time. Friendly professional staff, very clean lobby and located perfectly to take in the whole city!” May 17, 2009 by
Argh from Markham,Canada
“Horrific stay. First night, we heard the bell ring every hour. Waking us up. And the elevator cable started squeaking after the 2nd day according to maintenance, so they switched our room to a quieter one. The room was quieter, but there were bugs on the sheet, and it smelled. Not pleased at all. Did not get much sleep either.” May 13, 2009 by
Jan from Vancouver,Canada
“Very, clean, friendly, and very accommodating. I had a daughter recovering from surgery and they were very accommodating. No fridge in the room so they provided one. But the lack of air/heat problem was never solved.” May 13, 2009 by
Mary from Amherstburg,Canada
“Overall we were very impressed. The room was very spacious and very comfortable.” May 12, 2009 by
Robert from Cartier,Canada
“We were very impressed with all the services at our disposal, and the cleanliness of the rooms.” May 12, 2009 by

“Big American style hotel. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished but not exceptional. The noise from the fan in the bathroom, which runs all day long and cannot be controlled in the room, is annoying. I presume.” May 11, 2009 by
William from Chili Center,NY
“Conveniently located downtown, walking distance to everywhere. Hotel is immaculate, great staff. Nothing more that I could wish for.” May 10, 2009 by
Liane from St. Davids,Canada
“The room had clearly never been cleaned with more than a swipe of a rag. There were clumps of dust in the corners, on the vents and the back of the toilet. I used a towel to touch the light switches which were so encrusted with grime. There was a smear of dirt on the bathroom door. When I washed my hands, the broken pipes under the sink sprayed my legs and feet, soaking them. The walls were so thin, I was awakened by the knocking on my next door neighbor's door by the maintenance man there to fix their plumbing.” May 6, 2009 by
Ryan from Brampton,Canada
“My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The arrival process was hectic - cars didn't know where to go or where to park. The check-in process was OK. The room was very clean, the bathroom was nice. The in-room movie selection was really good - although there was no where to watch any of the pay-per-view sporting events. No bar fridge in the room. The bed was good - but not the greatest - the beds at the Radisson with the sleep number were way better than this one at the upscale hotel. Pillows were great plus very comfortable. Room was a little loud as we were next to the elevators.” Apr 23, 2009 by
Wendy from Windsor,Canada
“I checked in at 5pm and was told I can check out at 2pm which was good and gave me some extended hours to stay.” Apr 22, 2009 by
Christine Wright from Tiverton,Canada
“Clean, friendly, and beds were comfortable. But the rooms were noisy until well after midnight, lots of people out in corridors after midnight making noise, sleep was disturbed due to this.” Apr 22, 2009 by
Monique from Colborne,Canada
“Our room was very warm. Although there were controls in the room to bring the temperature down - they were very obviously not working. Also rust stains on the sheets.” Apr 16, 2009 by
Nicholas from Peterborough,Canada
“Outstanding centrally located hotel close to major shopping, sporting, entertainment, theater, and top draw attractions. Non better than the Sheraton Center downtown Toronto. Outstanding 25m pol with lane swimming and fabulous fitness center with current top of the line life fitness equipment and dumbbells.” Apr 15, 2009 by
Rich from Lakewood,OH
“I have stayed at the Sheraton Center numerous times and must admit it is one of my favorites and have always had a positive experience.” Apr 12, 2009 by
Sandy from Toronto,Canada
“From the moment I booked with this hotel, the experience was positive (save and except the room). I called the hotel directly to confirm bed type. Service was excellent and my needs were met. I mentioned it was a 10th wedding anniversary - kudos to the staff for congratulating us!At check-in, the process was quick and the service excellent. Greeted my staff whenever in the common areas (very nice service). Upon entering the room, at first glance, it appeared fine. However there were cobwebs in the corners, hair in the tub, and dust everywhere. There was no bottle opener. Contacted housekeeping and one was brought up immediately. (excellent job housekeeping).Checkout - movie charged to room in error. Contacted front desk and the issue was immediately resolved. Excellent customer service. Exercise facility was great - lots of good equipment, clean and not all that busy. I would stay in this hotel again only because the service was so great.” Apr 9, 2009 by
Stephanie from Calgary,Canada
“Very nice hotel.” Apr 9, 2009 by

“Beautiful hotel that is close to everything in the city. The staff from the valets to room service were nice people who were extremely helpful. Room service even brought a wine opener when my spouse and I forgot ours. The room was nicely set up and the huge bed was nice for a romantic night.” Apr 8, 2009 by

“Very nice.” Mar 31, 2009 by

“Upon arrival, my partner and I were warmly greeted; we received prompt and pleasant service from the highly efficient staff. The hotel was beautifully decorated and centrally located. We had access to all the comforts of home. The bed was extremely comfortable, in fact, we slept in and enjoyed the view from the hotel longer than we had planned. We relaxed thoroughly and appreciated the luxury of the experience. It was a lovely escape amidst the hustle of the city.” Mar 31, 2009 by
Shane from Brampton,Canada
“The hotel is good, beds and decor are great, room noise to other rooms are non existent, pool is open til 11pm on weekends. The only things I didn't like I couldn't self park, and it was valet only for $20 a day, and internet was not free.” Mar 27, 2009 by
Anthony Ferrante from Maple,Canada

“This was a fantastic hotel to stay at in Toronto. It's located in very close proximity to the Eaton Center. In fact we were able to use underground tunnels to get there and didn't even have to step outside (great in February!). For someone traveling to Toronto who would like to stay downtown this a great hotel.” Mar 15, 2009 by

“This Sheraton hotel has recently been renovated, and the entire property is spectacular. The rooms are graciously appointed and very comfortable. The location is directly in front of Nathan Phillips Square (Toronto Town Hall). Close to shopping, subways, restaurants and the theatre district. Parking is quite expensive, but you can park directly across the street for about 1/2 the price of the hotel's valet parking.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 12, 2009 by

“The general attitude of the staff was that they were put out by any request; money exchange, directions, suggestions for dinner. I engaged the concierge to purchase tickets for a play; they quickly gave me the number to Ticket Master and said good luck. There was no valet parking. The topper was the 2 fire alarms that went off during our stay. One of which was in the middle of the night.” Mar 12, 2009 by
Mary from Henrietta,NY
“Very easy to find. Beautiful lobby area. We were a bit surprised by the price for parking $20 for day and overnight. We decided to splurge for the valet parking at $40. We Feb 5, 2009 by
