“Great location for walking to Chinatown and Queen W. village. A few blocks from the sub-way system, free e-mail access in the lobby using hotel computers.” Sep 18, 2009 by
Dorothy from Sudbury,Canada
“This hotel is excellent. The rooms were bight, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was public parking right across the street.” Sep 15, 2009 by
Susan from Belleville,Canada “Only OK. I've definitely stayed at more nice 4 star hotels in Toronto.” Sep 10, 2009 by

“Busy hotel but lobby is very large. Centrally located. Rooms are very comfortable.” Sep 4, 2009 by

“Great experience and staff could not have been friendlier!” Sep 1, 2009 by

“The hotel is very nice and well situated in the heart of downtown Toronto. The discrepancy lies with Priceline and the Sheraton as one contradicts the other. In particular, it is implied that you will be booking for a standard room (king) however when calling to confirm with the Hotel twice I have been assured that my room is for 1 king. Upon checking in the Sheraton continues to inform me that there is an additional $20.00 fee for a king size bed.” Aug 30, 2009 by
Brian from Fayetteville,NY
“At 4-stars the hotel is overrated. Perhaps the upper tower is newer and/or cleaner. The hallways on the 14th floor were stained. Hallways lined with yesterday's room service trays. Room seem to shoddy. Bathroom had insufficient ventilation. Public spaces were very nice. Tourism desk added (undisclosed) markup to all tickets, tours booked through the hotel.” Aug 30, 2009 by
Lee from Coquitlam,Canada
“My son was quite impressed when we arrived late at night and saw the grand entrance to the hotel, but when we were then sent to the Richmond Tower (the older wing of the hotel) his disappointment was evident. The Richmond Tower is very dated. The dull colored tan walls and the dirty carpets had us worried, but when we opened the door to the room we found it to be well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and it had all of the amenities we needed. The staff we encountered were always pleasant and helpful. The answering machine was apparently not working in our room and a friend who was trying to get in touch with us managed to get a bell-hop to bring a note directly to our room.” Aug 29, 2009 by
Richard from Longueuil,Canada
“Very beautiful hotel, well located (in front of City Hall). The staff welcomes you with a smile and makes the effort to give you nice room accommodations. In the lobby there is a DJ with nice music while you sit on comfortable sofas (drinking free limonades). The children used free computers with wireless Internet. The rooms are very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the spa (and walk outside in the garden). In all very good experience for the all the members of my family.” Aug 26, 2009 by
Mike from Flemington,NJ
“This hotel provided everything you expect from a US based Sheraton. The service was excellent, the rooms above average, and the location was superb. Giant hotels like this one always have one drawback and that is they sometimes feel like a train station with so many people coming and going. Squeezing into an already full elevator or standing in line for over 5 minutes at the information desk is annoying but certainly manageable.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Jody from Hamilton,Canada
“I phoned them after making the reservation to ensure we would get 2 beds for the 4 people that would be staying in the room. They told me they couldn't guarantee it, which didn't make any sense. Then I called again on the day of our visit and was told that all the double rooms were booked, but that they would try to get us into one. When we got there, we were told there was nothing they could do. So all four of us had a room with one king bed. We did get a roll-away bed, but that only slept one, so three of us still had to sleep together on the queen. I'm not sure why they wouldn't allow me to request a room with two doubles from the beginning. It would have improved our stay greatly!” Aug 18, 2009 by
Ron from Great Neck,NY
“Got bitten in the bed by bugs. Was itching all night. I signed up for 3 nights, and left early morning and moved to another hotel.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 18, 2009 by

“Cramped room and bathroom. Room showed signs for wear and needs some sprucing up for a 4 star. Felt like they were trying to mask or do a patch to hide the wear.” Aug 10, 2009 by
Roger from Spencerport,NY
“We had an enjoyable stay and the hotel had many choices of restaurants, shops, etc. Very close to Eaton Center and shopping district.” Aug 9, 2009 by
Mike from Bedford,NH
“A high quality hotel that met every need.” Aug 9, 2009 by
Louise from Sudbury,Canada
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location in downtown with the ability to travel anywhere. We parked across the street under city hall.” Aug 3, 2009 by
Kate from Buffalo,NY
“I couldn't beat the price I got on this hotel, and was looking forward to it. However, the air conditioner barely worked in the room. It took hours to cool the room down. We had to wait in line for about 20 minutes before we could check in. Also, the only thing available was two double beds (I was with my boyfriend and we would have preferred a king, but were told none were available.) In addition, there were some noticeable issues in the room. The door was cracked and damaged on the inside, and the ceiling had noticeable holes around where they put in light fixtures and a smoke detector. Definitely would not classify this as a 4 star hotel” Aug 3, 2009 by
Aaron from Golden Valley,MN
“Great location.” Aug 3, 2009 by
Raul from London,Canada
“It's a clean, luxurious hotel. This comes with pluses and minuses, of course. It's well located, but that central location brings about a horrible situation if you have a car. They only have Valet parking which is 40 CAD a day! The nearby options aren't that much better, though we did manage to park across the street for 25 dollars a day. The internet, of course, is not free. It's incredibly overpriced at 14.95 a day. A couple of weeks ago I stayed at another Sheraton in Ottawa and their Internet was free.” Aug 2, 2009 by
Kathy from Davidson,NC
“Nice lobby - very busy but wait times were not long. Parking costs are a negative. Public parking is available nearby for 25 Canadian. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room easily accommodated 3 children and 1 adult” Jul 24, 2009 by
Monty from Langley,Canada
“The Sheraton Center downtown Toronto is all that you expect it to be. Although not the newest in its' category, it defines a classy hotel. The lobby level lounge includes a view into a small waterfall garden area that has a conservative Vegas feel. I opted to pay a $50/night premium to stay on the 42nd Club level floor. This included 24hour fitness center access, high speed Internet, and, most noteworthy, access to the Club lounge on the 43rd floor. Complimentary breakfast and hors d'oeurves with floor to ceiling windows makes this lounge very memorable.” Jul 24, 2009 by
Cheryl from Janesville,WI

“The Sheraton Centre Toronto is a clean and attractive 4 star hotel in downtown Toronto. It is a 2 minute walk from the Osgoode subway stop and directly across from city hall. Rooms were well maintained. There were several computers in the lobby with free internet access for guests. The valet parking was expensive, but the city hall parking garage (across the street) had an underground connection to the hotel for $14/day weekdays and $6/day weekends (no in-out priviliges). Priceline members who have a Starwood Preferred Guest card should present it at check-in - you might get a better room.” Jul 17, 2009 by
Neil from Windsor,Canada
“Had a great weekend!” Jul 12, 2009 by
Tara from Grand Blanc,MI
“Parking is very expensive, at $40 per day. Otherwise, this hotel is in a great location, the public areas are clean and inviting, staff was courteous but not spectacular, and the room clean but small.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Ally from Amherstburg,Canada
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.” Jul 7, 2009 by
Ron from Barrie,Canada “The Sheraton always provides good service and a great location in the heart of the city. The beds are feather of softness to the views of the city are breathless.” Jul 5, 2009 by
Bruce from Harrow,Canada
“The Sheraton Hotel is one of the many luxury hotels in the downtown area. Used mainly by businessmen it is geared mainly to them with free Wi-Fi and high speed modems in each room. Each room has a flat screen TV with movies on demand and a 24 hour room service menu.” Jun 30, 2009 by
Kerry from West Bloomfield,MI
“Hotel is in an excellent central location in downtown Toronto, within walking distance CN tower and other attractions. Some construction work ongoing in pool area, and leaves & berries floating in pool. Not quite what I expected for a 4 star hotel (more like 3 star), but great location at a fantastic price. Would definitely go there again.” Jun 27, 2009 by
Celene from Greensboro,NC
“Great location, beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Restaurant food and drinks was good but rather expensive.” Jun 23, 2009 by
Victor from Gatineau,Canada
“The hotel's room does not feel like a 4 star especially with no extras like breakfast or even a water bottle for free. It is certainly comfortable, worth the price I paid, but actual room prices are 3 times more, and I'd feel ripped off if I paid that much per night for what I got. I also cannot believe the expensive parking of 40$ per night.” Jun 20, 2009 by
Elizabeth from Mississauga,Canada
“I have always liked this hotel and it was just as nice as I remembered 30 years ago.” Jun 16, 2009 by
Karen from Stoney Creek,Canada
“Checking into our room was a breeze with multiple representatives and automated check in also available. All staff were courteous and helpful and directed us to the correct elevator bank to reach our suite. We were assisted by a porter who placed our over night bags away. The amenities of the room were superb, the view - marvelous and access to the underground made walking to the ACC to which we had tickets to a comedy performance, a wonderful exercise away from traffic and weather. I would definitely stay here again.” Jun 10, 2009 by
Linda from Ridgeland,MS “Great location in Toronto. A big plus for us was the free use of the internet. The room was spacious and a beautiful view of city hall. Enjoyed it so much.” May 30, 2009 by

“We visit Toronto often visiting family and friends. We have never stayed in a hotel downtown before and we thoroughly enjoyed how convenient the restaurants and shopping were in location to The Sheraton. We will definitely stay in this or another hotel in this same location again.” May 18, 2009 by
Joseph from Baldwinsville,NY
“I have stayed in this hotel 6 or 7 times and it has been a positive experience EVERY time. Friendly professional staff, very clean lobby and located perfectly to take in the whole city!” May 17, 2009 by
Argh from Markham,Canada
“Horrific stay. First night, we heard the bell ring every hour. Waking us up. And the elevator cable started squeaking after the 2nd day according to maintenance, so they switched our room to a quieter one. The room was quieter, but there were bugs on the sheet, and it smelled. Not pleased at all. Did not get much sleep either.” May 13, 2009 by
Jan from Vancouver,Canada
“Very, clean, friendly, and very accommodating. I had a daughter recovering from surgery and they were very accommodating. No fridge in the room so they provided one. But the lack of air/heat problem was never solved.” May 13, 2009 by
Mary from Amherstburg,Canada
“Overall we were very impressed. The room was very spacious and very comfortable.” May 12, 2009 by
Robert from Cartier,Canada
“We were very impressed with all the services at our disposal, and the cleanliness of the rooms.” May 12, 2009 by
Martha from Canada,Canada
“Big American style hotel. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished but not exceptional. The noise from the fan in the bathroom, which runs all day long and cannot be controlled in the room, is annoying. I presume.” May 11, 2009 by
William from Chili Center,NY
“Conveniently located downtown, walking distance to everywhere. Hotel is immaculate, great staff. Nothing more that I could wish for.” Hotel Representatives:
