• Location, facility, rooms are all good (4 stars so no complain).
• Parking cost 40$ a day. The travel desk is not friendly when we asked for the direction.

“Pro : The hotel is good. We liked the room, common area, computer area. The hot tub is nice for the cold day. Pool staff is
friendly. The location is great.
Con : Parking is 40$ that very expensive, the travel desk staff
is not friendly and not willing to help on the direction.”

• Everything was good with only one exception.
• Main entrance construction meant entering through vehicle entrance without sidewalk was required.

• The breakfast and view up on the 43rd floor was amazing.
• Wish the room had a sitting area -couch etc.

• Great beds, nice waterfall and next to Four Season.

“This is a transit accessible and upscale hotel in Downtown Toronto. Very comfortable room, walking distance to just about any type of store or restaurant. Eaton Centre and Four Seasons close by. Highly recommended.”

• I liked the location of
  downtown Toronto!
• Internet and local calls are not free and extremely expensive!!

“The hotel itself was beautiful and the location downtown Toronto was very good. They have a lovely pool and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. They charge $2.10 per call when it is only $0.50 from a pay phone. Internet was $17 for 24 hours which is very expensive and you are not even in the hotel for 24 hours usually! Those should be free or much reduced!

• Excellent staff, exceptional waterfalls. Beautiful view.

“What a beautiful place to stay. The staff was efficient and accommodating. We enjoyed the check in, parked across the street more affordable and relaxed in front of the peaceful and enchanting waterfall. Most amazing display, in the heart of downtown Toronto. The view was excellent and the comfort of bed divine. Great flat screen TV, too.”

• Everything was conveniently close by. Was able to walk everywhere.
• The fire alarm was set on by some individual at 4:00 am.

“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Everything was pretty much in walking distance. The rooms were great and didn't here anything from anyone around us. Hoping next time in Toronto. Thank you again for an enjoyable stay.”

• The location is central and the staff is efficient and friendly.
• We had a non-smoking room but could smell smoke throughout our stay.

“Great location: Close to the activities on Queen St., Eaton Centre, Dundas Square and on a subway line. Hotel is attractive and clean. The Trader restaurant, although a sports bar, has exceptional cuisine. Next time we stay there we would ask for a non-smoking room well away from the smoking rooms, because our room had an unpleasant smoky smell throughout our stay. Otherwise, a great hotel.”

• Great location.
• Room was freezing - no heat.

“Space heater provided was inadequate. Placed in an old wing of the hotel but had a nice balcony in to the courtyard and pool area.”

• The view was amazing and the waterfall was very serene.
• We asked front desk for a shower cap and was advised that one would be delivered to our room, but none ever came. Also, parking is too expensive!

“The service of this hotel could not qualify a downtown location 4+ star business hotel. As I have to leave in the afternoon, the bellman asked me to bring my luggage to a storage room by my self. When I came back, I asked concierge to help me move my luggage from storage room to my rental car. They said that I should ask the guy in the storage room to help. There is only one guy in the storage room, and he can not leave. They charge me 40$ for the valet parking but I have to wait 20 minutes on the queue to even give my ticket to the valet, not counting that I have to wait another 20 minutes for the valet to drive my car back from the parking lot.”

• The plaid wallpaper in the room.

“I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Toronto and this one was easily my favorite, I was able to use city parking for 20 a day, they had smoking rooms, flat screen TV’s, the pool and hot tub were incredible, it was just a nice stay period.”

“I was assigned into a smoking room since they did not have the non-smoking rooms available. The room was fine, but the towels in the bathroom had these yellow color stains on it, and it should not happen in a 4 stars hotel.”

• Room was available ahead of time, no waiting upon arrival or storing luggage.

“Beautiful hotel with friendly and informative staff. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The location was perfect, easy to walk to any location in Toronto, public transportation was not necessary.”

“This hotel is centrally located. We walked to the harbor, Eaton Mall, and China town, all within 15 minutes of walk. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room is not big but clean. The lobby is big and pretty and you can watch the water fall from the lobby.”

“Nice location in downtown. Pack any OTC meds you may need as the gift shop charged around 10 times the price of a store. Still had a nice stay and would go again.”

• The view from the 34th floor was great, I love the Toronto Skyline.
• Some idiots were making lots of noise at 3am, walls are a bit thin.

“Really nice looking place, if you catch it during the film festival then you'll see Canadian stars strolling through on the red carpet. Staff was friendly and eager to help, parking at the hotel is pretty expensive, but all round a nice place to stay.”

• Once we checked out we couldn't use the free internet. Technology seemed to interfere with a small service.

“The Sheraton is in an excellent location. The staff was almost all very friendly and helpful. The lobby had a number of interesting activities. Though we didn't use them we saw people playing chess, sitting at a big, shared community table reading or with laptops, or sitting in a rocking chair. It was one of the friendliest lobbies I've ever seen.”

• Centrally located hotel - good for any traveler.
• Parking - $40/night is crazy.

“We are from the Toronto area and stayed at the Sheraton for one night during the Toronto International Film Festival. The hotel was insanely busy since Canada's Walk of Fame gala was being held next door and reception at the Sheraton. Staff we encountered was great - I needed a new iron (old one had stuff stuck on it) and it was brought up right away. Check in was efficient even though it was busy. We were stuck with two double beds and thought they were small for two people but overall - a great stay.”

“I would never stay at the Sheraton in Toronto again if I had a choice. While the hotel was nice enough, the front desk was rude, talked down to me. I personally did not think this was as nice of a hotel as they would like to think they are. No impressed to say the least.”

• It was very elegant. Nice pool, spa, comfortable bed. Great location.
• Room was small. Parking expensive, internet.

• Very large, loved the indoor/outdoor rooftop pool, very good location, had everything you needed at the hotel except free parking.
• Had to pay to park the car, towels in the room had long black hairs on them (perhaps from the cleaning person?).

“We were very pleased with the Sheraton and our room was excellent with a view of the CN Tower. Especially nice was the king size bed which was extremely comfortable. There was also a very comfortable easy chair to watch TV.”

• Incremental charges! Internet for $16!

“This hotel is centrally located for touring the city. Many attractions are within walking distance. If your floor is high enough, you may get a great view of the city. Everything was clean and Starbucks coffee was included. However, parking is up to $30/day, internet is $16/day, a beer is $10, a movie on demand is $12, the paper that shows up on your door is almost $2/day, and a breakfast entree is $17. In other words, use the hotel for sleeping and always eat somewhere else, browse the internet somewhere else, park at the city lot (nearby) and tell them you don't need the paper.”

• The location, the pool and the lobby - chess and internet.
• To get to our room we had to take two elevators. Huge hotel, small bathrooms, crowded.

“This is an older property that has been well maintained. The food here is highly over priced - the good news is there are many options just outside the hotel's doors for great food at more reasonable prices. We traveled with our 3 1/2 year old and enjoyed the pool - there were balls and noodles there for the kids. The hot tub was scummy/dirty. Our room was adequate with decent storage, a flat screen TV, good Starbucks coffee but a smallish bathroom - no space to put stuff near the sink.”
