• It is gorgeous, romantic, dynamic and very pleasant.
• I had to walk to the parking. It was not convenient at all.

“This hotel is in a great part of Toronto near the Eaton Centre and many other great central locations. The bed was comfy and large enough, very clean rooms! Checking in and out was quick and easy! No complaints what so ever!”

• Hotel is under construction jack hammer was annoying during the day.

“Best hotel in all of Toronto's downtown as far as location is. can walk to the water or up to the Eaton mall. Great restaurants all around, concierge is wonderful will recommend great restaurants and even make your reservations, they are very helpful use them and you won't regret. Parking is expensive, park in the city hall parking garage across the street for a rate half of what the hotel charges. Overall excellent stay excellent city.”

• Excellent location. Very comfortable bed with fluffy duvet.
• There was a charge to use the fitness centre.

“We really liked the hotel. The location was excellent. We were able to walk many places including using the underground PATH when the weather wasn't as good. Parked at the City Hall lot across the street from the hotel for much less money than the valet at hotel. And there was a convenient underground path to the hotel. The Traders bar and grill had decent food and a great selection of draft beer. Also had a good Sunday brunch. Would love to stay here again.”

• Newly renovated rooms. Easy underground access to Eaton's Centre, restaurants, food courts, shopping etc.
• Although bathroom was newly renovated, tub was not and porcelain was flaking off. Some street noise due to low level of our room (5th floor).

“Great downtown Toronto hotel. Rooms are a good size with very nice decor, appear to be recently renovated. We had a wonderful view of Nathan Phillips Square and City Hall. Lower levels rooms may hear some street noise. Staff are very courteous, attentive and helpful. Easy and convenient underground access to shopping and restaurants, did not have to venture out in the cold to get to Eaton's Centre and other shopping areas.”

• The location was perfect, exactly what I requested. We were able to walk to all of our appointments.
• The bathtub in our room should be replaced, the enamel or outer coating was peeling.

“Overall an excellent place to stay while on visit to downtown Toronto. An added benefit was the view of Nathan Phillip Square from our room. Staff friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay at the Sheraton Center again.”

“I thought the hotel would give us maybe not the most desirable room, but I was wrong, they gave us a great room on the 34th floor. This was a very nice hotel and I could recommend it to anyone.”

“Sheraton has an excellent location with many major attractions and theaters in walking distance. It's close to the waterfront and Harbor front and there are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. The hotel in and of itself was friendly and relaxed.”

• It had all the amenities I needed and wanted not to mention swimming outside in the dead of winter.
• Could have used a little more night life within the building.

“The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is a fine hotel. Its location is perfect for easy access to all of downtown via sub-way or trolley car as well as below street level indoor passage to major department stores. The front of the building has a view of city hall and right on Queen St. with its many shops and restaurants. Though the building is aging but is well maintained and has resent upgrades which include state of the art escalators to the mezzanine level in an open Fourier.”

• All kinds of shopping at the concourse level, don't even have to put your coat on.
• Parking was way too expensive, also they wouldn't give us a king bed.

“Awesome hotel, nice restaurants and shopping, subway access, great indoor or outdoor pool (but no lifeguard), free municipal ice skating rink and city hall next door, nice lobby, plenty of elevators. ”

“Sheraton Hotel in downtown is located at a great location, right across the street from the Town Hall, so its perfect for tourist trips, as everything is within walking distance. The only downsides I could see at the hotel were the prices for parking, as they only offer Valet parking at $33 a day, and internet in the hotel rooms is $16 per day! For parking, take your car right across the street, or around the corner to one of many other parking garages, where rates are a lot less. When checking in, ask for a room facing the Town Hall at a high floor to get an amazing view over downtown Toronto.”

“Great location ¿ on underground path so you can walk to shopping and dining without going outdoors. Rooms were large and we had a great view. Pool is indoor/outdoor and well maintained. Service was excellent from beginning to end. Parking easy and inexpensive across the street in large public ramp.”

“The hotel was large and clean. The room overlooked old city-hall and the ice skating rink. The room was very comfortable. The heated indoor and outdoor pool was great and a balmy 84 degrees, even outside!”

“Location is great, it is possible to walk to all great Toronto places. Hotel lobby is absolutely awesome only the rooms are poor. Not bad, but not what I would expect from a four star hotel. Maybe three star. Do not misunderstand - they were absolutely clean, only not a 4 star like.”

“This is the third time in 2006 that the wife and I have stayed at the Sheraton, located in Downtown Toronto on Queen Street and have not had one complaint. I Will stay there again in the future.”

• Room needs a refrigerator. Heater was too loud.

“Excellent service. The hotel lobby was very impressive and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. Parking across the street was not a problem as you could get to it through the underground path. Checking in and out was quick and easy and amenities were in abundance with the exception of not having a fridge in the room. Valet parking prices are a bit too steep considering the parking across the street is about half the price. The overall look of the room and the comfort of the beds was indeed excellent.”

“I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was huge. The decor was beautiful and the atmosphere was friendly. All of the staff is ready to assist you with any questions you have. The travel desk was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The rooms were big. The location and the view was outstanding!”

• The bedding was fantastic. Check in at the Star wood desk was convenient because there was a long check in line.
• The rooms were smaller than I had thought they would be.

“I was surprised that the hotel allowed the group of Bud/Labatts winners because it brought down the level of class. One of the drunken losers pulled the fire alarm down in the evening and ruined the relaxing night we were having. He was later arrested. Also, prior to that, the TV cable went out in the middle of the movie and did not return until the morning. The movie was taken off the stay, but we were not given anything additional i.e. breakfast, parking to make up for the inconvenience. ”

“Sheraton Center is a beautiful hotel in the center of downtown Toronto. It provides easy access to shopping and the theater. Many rooms have been upgraded, unfortunately ours was not but it did not detract from the trip. It was an excellent value and quality establishment.”

“Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is on Queens St. (centrally located) and good shopping and good food can be found around the area. There are also abundance of bars and clubs in the area. Unfortunately, the hotel lacks free wireless internet. That would put it over the top if they had that.”
