• Awesome location, very comfortable bed, lovely pool.
• Fitness center is not free--there's a $9 charge for using it. The pool and hot tub are free.

“One of the tallest hotels in downtown Toronto, this hotel gave a great view of much of the city (but not the waterfront). It is located close to everything. We walked around from here and found lots of great restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, and other great sights. Staff was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend!”

• This was great but if u do not refund days inn added it these 2 days we will never use u again!!!! U should respond to days inn don't u think we did.
• Use this room and drove 3 hours home after a 12 hour day at the cue!!!!

Please do the right thing and refund us we did not use this dump hotel and you should not have it on your web site it was completely false advertisement!!!!!! “The Sheraton Center in downtown Toronto is a great hotel! It's in a perfect location; Toronto's famous underground path runs right under the Sheraton Center. The Eaton center is one block away and the Skydome/CN Tower are no more than ten minutes away. The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby will blow you away when you first enter. It's everything you can imagine for a 4 star hotel. It has an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi, fitness room, valet parking, numerous restaurants and cafe's on site and much more. As with anything, there are some down sides to the Sheraton. The valet parking is unreasonable expensive, especially considering right across the street at City Hall there is much cheaper parking. While the pool is for all guests to use, the fitness facilities are not. To use the fitness facilities, an expensive fee is required, to the tune of $9 per day. The fitness room should be complimentary, especially for those who are staying more than one night. All in all, the Sheraton is a great hotel to stay at and I highly recommend it.”

• We don't even deserve a "normal bed".

“The location of the hotel is ideal. But other than the location, I found the hotel quite unattractive. However, to our surprise, we don't even get a "regular room"!! We got a living room instead! My friend and I have to sleep on the sofa bed for four nights! The other option we had was to stay in a smoking room with only one double bed, which is definitely too small for two adult to share for four nights. I thought I was going to get a regular room for two adults, i.e., with one King bed or two double beds, or at least one queen bed. But what I got was a queen "sofa bed". With the price we offered, we can easily find a B&B or hotels with equally ideal locations and normal beds". Even more, since Toronto has excellent mass transportation, one doesn't even have to stay in downtown if they are traveling with a budget. Because of our living room surprise, if I have a chance to travel anywhere else.”

“They put us in a meeting room with no bed. They said the hotel was full. There was one pull out sofa bed with no bedding and the roll away we requested, they charged us for. I was shocked that such a nice hotel was so rude. We have stayed at hotels that were just as nice and the staff was more than accommodating. ”

• Starting to show its age in the hallways.

“The hotel was centrally located, clean and provided duvets on the beds, nice touch. The staff are friendly. One negative is that it is starting to show its age in the hallways etc., the rooms were up to date with the decor however.”

“Everything was good except that they had no nonsmoking rooms available. The strong offensive and cough causing reaction to the smoke residue in the room completely overpowered the fine furnishings. It was a dreadful room to have to sleep in.”

• Lovely pool perfect for my kids, fantastic gym, perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Huge gorgeous rooms with very helpful staff.
• Nothing.

“This hotel is perfectly situated in town center near attractions with ample parking available in the hotel lot and nearby. There is a fantastic outdoor pool as well as a fully equipped fitness center. There are numerous options for eating and there is an underground mall connected to the hotel with interesting shops and food kiosks. We were very pleasantly surprised at the standard of the room we were allocated. It had one king size bed however the very helpful and friendly staff organized a crib for our 2 year old and an extra bed for our 9 year old and there was still plenty of space left in the room for the kids to play in. This is one of our favorites.”

• Can't think of anything I did not like.

“Great location if traveling with family, specifically kids. Across the street from park area, fairly short walk to all downtown destinations and the water. Very friendly staff. Everything we needed was right there. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience at the hotel, we loved it and will book there again with our kids.”

• Parking garage was full when we got there -- had to park across the street. Minor inconvenience.

“For us, the location could not have been better. We were steps away from the Eaton Centre, City Hall and excellent dining. We parked the car (it had to be across the street -- the hotel parking was full) and were close enough to the subway to leave the car for the rest of the weekend. The room was very comfortable and our north facing view was amazing.”

“My partner, my two sons(14 & 11) and I stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto for four nights while we explored the Toronto region for vacation. The hotel is conveniently located downtown not too far from the entertainment district. The facility itself was clean, modern and overall very nice. The pool area was a bit disappointing because the staff didn't seem to keep the area organized and the pool-side bar was never open. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit and would definitely stay there again.”

• The location of the hotel was convenient for sight seeing.
• Customer service could improve.

“The shower in the room we stayed did not work. We informed the front desk of the problem. They assured someone would be there to fix it. A few hours later no one cam so we requested a room change. Needless to say, we endured the stay without the convenience of a shower. We are sure that we will never stay in this hotel again, not even at the lowest possible price. ”

• The comfortable beds and the wonderful scent in the lobby (I know that sounds weird, but it's true).
• My husband could not find a place to have a cocktail and smoke a cigar at the same time!

“I was very happy with the hotel. It was spacious, very clean, attractive and had plenty of little gift shops and a convenient food court that served very affordable and substantial breakfasts. Beautiful pool and courtyards.”

• Parking is horrible! Either pay $33 to Valet park or you have to park across the street for about $15.

“Great Location and great stay except for the parking situation. The parking says it is secure but it seems like anyone could walk in there and do whatever they want. Valet parking is a ridiculous rate and they hesitate to even tell you the price.”

• I liked the view from the hotel room and the location.
• Parking is way too expensive, and nothing is included in the price except the room.

“The Sheraton Toronto Center is nice hotel with great location. Stuff is pretty friendly and helpful. What I didn't like about this hotel is: Parking, is very expensive, more than $30 a day + tip. Internet is $20 + tax a day. And pretty much you pay for everything. Only thing you paid for is your room anything and everything else is NOT included and you'll be charged for it! If you decide to stay in this hotel , prepare yourself!”

• Nice overall feel. Room was recently upgraded and very nice.
• They should not charge $9 per day for access to the fitness area-especially given that their sister hotel (Westin) does not.

“Very nice hotel with convenient location that is close to heart of shopping and subway station. Hotel rooms were recently updated and very modern. Nice pool area that is both indoors and outdoors. Great fitness area but hotel charges to use it. if staying more than two days recommend getting weekly rate for fitness area. Food services OK but recommend the many restaurants in short walk from hotel.”

• Gave us smoking room then moved us to a "parlor" room with pull out bed, hurt back.

“It has a great location, but they put us in a smoking room that smelled very smoky. We asked for a non-smoking room. They said that they were not obligated to do that. Ended up putting us in a "parlor" room that was probably used as a meeting room for traveling business people. It had a big table and a sofa with pull out bed (no real bed). The guy that gave it to us said the pull out would be made up immediately, and that it would be comfortable. It wasn't either of these things. We called down to the desk 3 times over the course of the evening before the bed was made up. It was almost midnight by the time they got around to it, we first arrived at about 7 pm. Also, the bed was small and hurt our backs. Not recommended. Very disappointed.”

• Was in the Richmond Tower. View not as nice and walls were thin.

• The hotel is located in a central location and close to many restaurants and a short walk to Eaton center.
• Valet parking was not available and parking was located across the street and the hotel was not easy to find from the parking garage.

“The hotel itself is very nice. Located within walking distance to most Toronto attractions. Parking is not on the premises and it was difficult at first to find our way back to the hotel once we parked. We were given a handicap room which was small and there was no tub but the room was clean and nicely decorated and our stay was only for one night so not a big deal. We would stay there again.”
