• The lobby is very nice, the location is excellent and staff was

• Some areas of hotel seemed dated. Bathroom too small.

• Checking in and out was fast and friendly for such a large hotel.
• Elevators were extremely slow

• The location was very convenient and central to the places we wanted to go.

“This was a fantastic hotel to stay at in Toronto. It's located in very close proximity to the Eaton Center. In fact we were able to use underground tunnels to get there and didn't even have to step outside (great in February!). For someone traveling to Toronto who would like to stay downtown this a great hotel.”

• Super location; beautifully appointed suites, many amenities
• Parking; way too expensive

“This Sheraton hotel has recently been renovated, and the entire property is spectacular. The rooms are graciously appointed and very comfortable. The location is directly in front of Nathan Phillips Square (Toronto Town Hall). Close to shopping, subways, restaurants and the theatre district. Parking is quite expensive, but you can park directly across the street for about 1/2 the price of the hotel's valet parking.”

• Convenient.
• Staff, room, and restaurant.

“The general attitude of the staff was that they were put out by any request; money exchange, directions, suggestions for dinner. I engaged the concierge to purchase tickets for a play; they quickly gave me the number to Ticket Master and said good luck. There was no valet parking. The topper was the 2 fire alarms that went off during our stay. One of which was in the middle of the night.”

• The location was excellent.

“Very easy to find. Beautiful lobby area. We were a bit surprised by the price for parking $20 for day and overnight. We decided to splurge for the valet parking at $40. We
asked for an early check in an we were able to get into our room just after noon.”

• It was directly on teh Toronto PATH system.
• Even 4 star hotels should have a moderatly priced restaurant.

“Staff was very helpful, liked the free internet usage in lobby, great location to get anywhere in the city on the PATH system. Lots of shopping and restaurants.”

• Clean, quiet, good service, well maintained.
• Some services such as room service are rediculously expensive. Also charging for local calls is a bit chincey.

• Clean rooms, good location, nice resturant.
• Information desk not very helpful, computers would not work for me, crowded facilities, terrible parking area, expensive restaurant.

“This Sheridan hotel is situated in a very convenient downtown location. The lobby is majestic but warm and comfortable, Although I was moved from my original room because of a hole in the wall, the room I stayed in had a nice view and was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The parking was expensive as was restaurant but both were convenient and excellent quality. The facilities were excellent although crowded with patrons and I was not able to get on the lobby computer system even with assistance from staff. Although this was somewhat annoying it didn't ruin my overall opinion of the hotel or the staff. I was on a romantic getaway with my wife and I simply wanted a nice room in a convenient location. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel to friends.”

• Location and facilities.
• Check in was a bit slow - though it was Boxing Day, so probably not fully staffed.

“Enjoyed stay. Very convenient location close to shopping, public transportation etc. Good facilities. Rooms nicely kept. To me the beige and brown tones of the decor were a bit masculine but that is just a matter of taste.”

“The Toronto Sheraton Centre is an amazing hotel, located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The rooms are all very nicely renovated with flat screen TV's and great views of the city. Pool area offered free hot chocolate. Lobby had free internet and printer for boarding passes. Luggage left room was free as well. All the little extras that most hotels charge for were included here. Highly recommend!!”

• Parking, even just to check in.

“Awesome location across from Nathan Phillips Square, steps to everything downtown, connected to underground shopping under Financial District (don't have to go outside to walk to Rogers/ACC). Friendly, helpful staff. Minor negatives: parking, even to check in, is a pain. We parked at public lot under city hall for a fraction of the cost. Ceiling in tub area was peeling & starting to come down, not what you expect in a 4* but not a real issue. Room was with a view overlooking Nathan Phillips Square with a great view of fireworks! Would recommend & would stay there again.”

• Really liked the indoor/outdoor pool.
• Parking was expensive.

“Great family hotel with excellent downtown location. Was within walking distance to several attractions and had a great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub if you just wanted to stay in. Staff was friendly and kids even got a free goodie bag with toys enclosed to keep them entertained. Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay at the Sheraton again.”

• Excellent location with fabulous access to downtown Toronto. It met all my expectations.
• The computers provided to hotel guests were frustrating to use...almost all the time.

“Loved the view from our comfortable room on the 26th floor, it overlooked the skating rink at City Hall. The restaurant on the main level had excellent service & the food was good. Access to the path servicing downtown Toronto was an excellent feature for me as I walked underground all the way to the Metro Convention Centre on a daily basis. It was great not to have to wear outerwear in the winter weather that arrived with me.”

• Parking, service.

“There is no parking for the hotel except the valley parking that cost 40$ a day. The internet service in the lobby wasn't provided by the hotel it was provided by a third party that you need to connect through. On the second day my key wasn't working no one knew why, I had to wait for 30 minutes to get it work and get back to my room.”

• Our room had a wonderful view of Nathan Philips Square, in all its holiday glory.
• The valet parking and car retrieval are somewhat slow.

• Location.
• No WiFi in the rooms, too expensive to hook up in the room.

“We loved this motel, it was amazing just the internet should be free,
I think any ways most places don't charge to have a hook up in the room but it was a great place to stay and we will stay again
I can't say enought about it, was a great experience thank -you so much for the pleasure of a great undergroung mall and easy access to every thing. We had friends over and they loved it.”

• Location, facility, rooms are all good (4 stars so no complain).
• Parking cost 40$ a day. The travel desk is not friendly when we asked for the direction.

“This is a transit accessible and upscale hotel in Downtown Toronto. Very comfortable room, walking distance to just about any type of store or restaurant. Eaton Centre and Four Seasons close by. Highly recommended.”
