• Quiet, very clean and overall an excellent room that met our requirements.
• Maybe a bigger bathroom but still no problem.

“Excellent hotel I would definately stay there again when we are travelling. Never got to enjoy the room as much as we wanted to as it was a short stay while we were waiting for a connecting flight.”

• Very convenient location and price was great.
• Parking was expensive at 28 per day. Bathroom was not 4 star quality.

I hated the $28.00 parking cost and you could not include breakfast into the price because it was 3rd party booking, too many limitations, next time book through the hotel to get the deals.”

• Hotel staff friendly helpful etc.
• Fancy restaurant with exorbitant prices but food not worth the price you pay. 5 dollars a cup for a coffee

• We were able to walk out of the hotel and into the airport.
• The cost to park a vehicle seemed a little high.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We wished we'd known that the airport is Pet friendly as we would have traveled with our dog, as we saw others doing.”

• Excellent location very convenient via 2 minutes airport tram from gates.

• Location of the hotel. Bar and restaurant located in the hotel.
• Food and drinks were expensive.

“Very convenient. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. I you plan to spend some time there (i.e. dinner and drinks) expect it to be very pricey. Food tasted good, though.”

• Heated floors.
• Way over priced for a very low quality hotel.

“Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about available restaurants that delivered food. They push the restaurant and the food is really bad. I've stayed here a couple of times and each time was the same.
Bedding was old & flat, bed was hard not comfortable, bathroom was not clean and coffee pot not cleaned. Sorry, I love Holiday Inn but this is a thumbs down.”

• Clean, clean warm pool, accessible to airport.
• Noise at night from other guests.

“Nice warm and good-sized pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds. Great access to the airport. Nice lobby. Great for business travellers. Only drawback was the noise from other guests late at night. In my opinion the walls permit too much noise to travel.”

• Loved the location (steps from terminal 3) and room comfort.

• Nhing to say-good if you are stopping in for a few hours or an over night.
• The hotel staff was awful, and the decor was really dark and somber.

“For a 4 star hotel it left a bad impression. The Sheraton is often beautiful and service is immaculate, but this time
I think we would have rather stayed a at an Inn. The staff was rude and unhelpful and they appeared to be poorly trained in customer service. Sorry but we will not be returning to that particular Sheraton ever again.”

• Quality of products, beddings, etc was excellent!
• Rooms were not spacious.

“Hotel staff was all very helpful! Location is super-convenient. Bedding, products, etc were top-of-the-line. Room could be bigger or less crowded. Huge unnecessary desk in room. On-site restaurant was way too expensive! Other than that, everything was great!”

• I intend to go back there every time I need my eyebrows done.
• Fire alarm at 7:30 AM. Oh well.

“This is obviously the ideal place to stay if you are flying in and out of Pearson Airport, but it's equally ideal for a getaway that doesn't necessarily include a flight. Everything is elegant, comfortable, quality - from the room to the restaurant to every element of service.”

• It was very clean and everything inside was in a great quality!
• Parking fee - 28 dollars.

• Very spacious room, with nice furniture.
• Impossible to locate. Location and directions to hotel were inaccurate. $28 for overnight parking was very expensive.

“Beautiful hotel room! However, I was unable to find exact location of hotel, even though I was given an alternate address to input on my GPS. Although I could see the hotel from the road I was on, I needed to call hotel to get clarification, only to find out that access was only available from inside the airport at Terminal 3.”

• I liked the room, and the facilities.
• The pool and whirl pools were dirty.

“We checked in and were greeted nicely. We wanted to see if we can change one room from king to double and they did not allow us to do so. However all in all it was a great stay. We have told all of our friends.”

• The location.
• The rooms were very old. In order to get any better rooms, we have to pay for an upgrade. They gouged us with internet & parking.

“The Delta Chelsea had a great location, with exits to three main roads and two blocks away from the Eaton centre. The lobby and public areas are nice, definitely live up to the four star rating. The rooms we received, however, were old and the bathrooms had signs of mold fixtures. The internet was charged on nightly basis, and the parking was chargeable too. Other major hotel chains of a lower star rating offer the same for free, making me confused as to why I should pay for more for a higher star rating when I have to pay further for things that are free in the other hotels. The Comfort Inn has much nicer accommodations for better and with them you get a free breakfast.”

• No wireless connection available. Needed to pay for wired internet.

• I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.
• I did not like the lack of surrounding restaurants or the price of parking.

“Overall I found that this hotel met or exceeded all of my expectations. The service was friendly and fast and the room was gorgeous. The only complaint I could possibly make is that there were no surrounding restaurants and the hotel restaurant was expensive but even at that the food was worth the high price. I would definitely return in the future.”

• Nothing around except the airport. :).

“Excellent hotel for overnight stays while in transit. Very clean, comfortable, safe and friendly. I wouldn't stay here if visiting Toronto for a while, as it's not convenient for sightseeing, but for a stopover to get refreshed for a day or two before continuing a journey, it's an excellent place.”

• 24 hour pool and fitness centre, in-airport, automated check-in/out.
• Not convenient for visiting Toronto.

“An excellent hotel right in the Toronto airport. One of the best features of this hotel is its 24 hour pool and fitness centre. I have never encountered a pool that was open 24 hours before, and it was really nice to be able to use it late at night, after a long day. Thanks to the automated check-in kiosk, I never spoke to a single member of staff, yet my 2-day stay was extremely pleasant.”
