• Immediate transportation from the airport / big room w/ 2 queens / clean-quiet-great location.
• I liked every thing about this property.

“I liked the fact that there was a great "Fog and Brew" pub across the street / the office staff was very helpful with directions / my room in the back on the 3rd floor was very quiet / this is an excellent property.”

• Extremely clean.
• The rooms at he front are noisy.

“Excellent for overnight stays near the airport. Very helpful staff, accommodated my non-smoking request and room away from the front request. Free coffee in rooms. Rooms are small but well outfitted. The staff is extremely gracious - I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport - it has a free shuttle every 15-20 minutes.”

• IHOP on property, convenient to airport, very nice for the price.
• Mostly non-smoking rooms so of course people smoke in non-smoking rooms.

“Pleasantly surprising for a one-star rated hotel! Very clean, nice beds, great location near airport-if it had been in downtown Vancouver it would've been perfect for my stay. ”

• The shuttle driver was prompt, friendly and did not leave us shaken with driving too quickly.
• The only coffee available in the lobby required coin payment. This did not seem appropriate. Is it too expensive to provide a traveler with a cup of

• The hotel is at a very convenient location and is overall a very good hotel. I will definitely recommend it.
• The parking space is kind of limited.

“This hotel is located at the major highway and is very easy to access. The facilities at the hotel is good and it has most of the things I look for at a hotel. This is definitely a good pick with the price I paid for.”

• Close to Richmond downtown, plenty of free parking space, fresh flowers everywhere.
• The room is not as clean as I would expect from 2 or 2.5 star hotel.

• Staff very friendly and willing to help
• Need to have more shuttles running to airport

“Fine for the price. Staffing issues though. Only one shuttle running and had to wait almost 1/2 hour after traveling 11 hours - had 2 other shuttles sitting in parking lot with no drivers. Had to squeeze over 25 people on a 19 seat shuttle - should have had someone else on with that many check ins. When we checked in our a/c was not working and front desk said only one who could fix was the shuttle driver. They wound up bringing us a fan. The staff - what there was of it - very friendly and helpful, but management needs to do better job of staffing based on occupancy/check in count.”

“When we first got there, we found that there is no refrigerator in the room and we really need it for our baby boy. Then the next day they sent us a refrigerator in our room. Very approachable and friendly.”

• Nice clean new looking rooms, hi speed internet access
• too far away from downtown vancouver

“It is a nice well maintained motel located about 9 miles from downtown Vancouver. If you get a room with internet access, it can be convenient. But, it is not wireless, so be prepared for it. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and above par compared to most motels. Only negative is the distance to downtown Vancouver.”
