• Staff was friendly.
• No valet parking, absent bell staff.

“The hotel is in the city center and has no short-term parking to use upon arrival (only the porte-cochere), and when I pulled up to the front entrance and spotted no bell staff to help with luggage or valet to park the vehicle, I just ended up leaving the car sitting in this high-traffic area outside. Only after visiting the front desk did I learn the property was self-park ($7 nearby parkade/$15 underground at hotel), and a bellman could be called if needed. Staff was all friendly and room was adequately decorated and had a comfortable bed. I had some difficulty with the in-room internet connection, but overall it was serviceable. Room service food was decent and fairly priced, although they claimed to be out of a couple of the things I had requested. The hotel charges a 2% surcharge for marketing expenses or some such.”
