“Overpriced at the normal rate.” Jun 18, 2007 by
Dave from Whitewater, WI
“The rooms were large spacious appointed nicely, and clean! The heated pool was more of a small lap pool and was outside, making it weather dependant. The exercise/spa was small-only one treadmill, two bikes, but had weights, mats, TV. Hot tub nice but really hot! Didn't eat at the restaurant. Internet/business area ok the computer I used had a bad mouse.” May 2, 2007 by
Linda from Edmonton, AB CA
“Great place to stay. Close to a major mall, easy for pick-up, good restaurant, friendly staff and great rooms. Classy!” Oct 4, 2006 by
Janice from Dresden, ON CA
“The Hilton was very nice and clean. The staff for the most part was not overly friendly although a few were. Being awakened at 230 am by the fire alarm which went off for about 10 minutes. Was very annoying. I think they should have compensated the guests somehow instead of shrugging it off like it was a normal occurrence.” Sep 24, 2006 by
Gary from Ashland, OR
“The Hilton is about 15 minutes from the airport with van pick-up. There was no bell person and the registration person was bland. His recommendation for a late night meal was lame (The Cactus Club) as were his replies to other queries (where can we get an early breakfast, etc.). The room was nice and quiet but unbelievably cramped. There was barely room to turn around in the sitting area, bathroom and bedroom. All in all this was not a value but rather an overpriced place to sleep. It was actually 2+ at best.” Sep 23, 2006 by
Larry from Broken Arrow, OK
“Good location near the Airport and shopping with top quality rooms and beds!” Sep 3, 2006 by
Salina from Newton, MA
“Good place to stay.” Sep 1, 2006 by
Katrina from Portland, OR
“We walked into our non-smoking room and smelled cigarette smoke right away. We rang the front desk and asked for a different room. They were a bit surprised that it would smell since the smoking floor was to be 13 stories away on the 15th floor (while we were on the 2nd). They did quickly move us to another room. This room had the same smell. After a long drive up, we decided to call it quits and stick it out in the room. It was very uncomfortable for me and I worried about my little 6 month old. The room, however, was spacious, had nice furniture, and a lot of potential.” Aug 20, 2006 by
Cheryl from San Antonio, TX
“The Hotel Staff was very friendly --- location of Hotel was Great --- near Restaurants and Shopping Mall --- in a very safe area of Richmond, BC - Canada. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.” Jul 20, 2006 by
Meg from Salt Lake City, UT
“Convenient location for air travelers with early morning flights.” Jul 20, 2006 by
Angela from Alameda, CA
“Overall, very nice property. We found the parking structure a little cumbersome but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was always courteous.” Jul 7, 2006 by
Ray from Seattle, WA
“Decent, not spectacular or elegant. Served the purpose for a one night stay over I don't think hotels should charge for parking - it should be in the room rate. Ironically, most have free airport shuttles.” Jun 27, 2006 by
Dan from El Monte, CA
“Excellent Hotel with friendly staffs. Excellent bed, toiletries (shampoo etc).” May 13, 2006 by
Michele from New Haven, CT
“Rooms were fine location good Internet expensive 14.95 no adjustment for the lack of room service/ restaurant for international traveler at 2am; no ATM.” May 13, 2006 by
Scott from Hamilton, ON CA
“This hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle. Good gym with TV, comfy bed but you have to pay for Internet use and local calls.” Apr 19, 2006 by
Zacarias from Garza Garcia, TX

“Price is ok in Vancouver area. If they can provide more parking instruction clearly it would be better.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 14, 2005 by

“The room was ok for a 3 star hotel and the staff were nice, but the location was very remote, and it took an hour to get to downtown or interesting parts of Vancouver. ” Sep 25, 2004 by
Richard G. from Gray “Great hotel and the price was right. The only drawback was that we were given a smoking room. However, the room did not have any offensive odors.” Sep 25, 2004 by
Robert T. from Richland “Excellent quality suite with very helpful staff. In addition, has very good rooftop tennis court, swimming pool, and indoor parking at a very reasonable fee.” Sep 23, 2004 by
Edward B. from St. Albert “Negative - The hotel is older and the rooms are small. There is no pool or hot tub and only a very small workout area. There is a fair amount of traffic noise as well. I am not sure this is a 3 star hotel, maybe a 2+. Positive - Full restaurant and pub on site, good parking, nice staff, and higher speed on internet when using dial-up.” 0 of 2 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
